Dermaga general cargo terletak di kabupaten Tenau
Kupang Nusa Tenggara Timur. Struktur dermga general cargo di
desain sebagai dermaga untuk memperlancar pendistribusian
barang lewat transportasi laut.
Dalam proyek akhir ini dermaga tersebut direncanakan
untuk kapal 20.000 DWT yang meliputi perencanaan dimensi
dan penulangan struktur sandar dan tambat kapal. Struktur atas
dermaga Pelat Lantai Balok dan Pile Cap menggunakan beton
bertulang cor di tempat dengan mutu beton fc 30 MPa.
Sedangkan struktur bawah dermaga menggunakan SPP Steel
Pile Pipe . Posisi pemasangan tiang pancang ini di rencakan
sedemikian rupa agar mampu menahan gaya vertical dan
horizontal. Dalam perencaan struktur dermaga ini dianalisis
dengan menggunakan software SAP2000 dengan model tiga
Dimensi. Penulangan struktur dan stabilitas struktur terhadap
retak dan terhadap pengaruh lendutan mengacu pada SNI 03-
2847-2002 Tata Cara Perencanaan Struktur Beton Untuk
Bangunan Gedung.
Dari hasil perencanaan di tetapkan dimensi dermaga 164m x
34m dimensi trestle 95m x 10m dan dimensi mooring dolphin
6m x 6m. Dimensi balok melintang dan memanjang dermaga
100cm x 180cm tiang pancang dermaga menggunakan SPP
1219mm t1905mm SPP 1019mm t1905mm SPP 9144mm
t1905mm. sedangkan pada trestle menggunakan tiang pancang
SPP 6067mm t1508mm. Pada struktur sandar yang dipakai
adalah fender tipe bridgestone SM500H. sedangkan struktur
tambat yang dipakai adalah bollard maritime MT50.
ABSTRACT
General Cargo pier is located in Tenau Kupang district of
East Nusa Tenggara. Construction of general cargo designed as a
pier to make the distribution swift and detract cost of marine
transportation.
In this finally project pier as planning with 20.000 DW of
ship. With design structure of beam and reinforcement for
bearthing and mooring of ship. The top of pier contruction Slab
beam and Pile cap used concrete cast in situ with characteristic
quality concrete fc 30 MPa. a while bottom of pier contruction
used by steel pile pipe. Posistion installation of the steel pile pipe
was designed such a way as to able resist vertical and horizontal
force. In this case of design about construction of pier is analyzed
using SAP2000 software with three dimension model.

deflection effect based by SNI 03-2847-2002 Tata Cara
Perencanaan Struktur Beton Untuk Bangunan Gedung.
