PERENCANAAN STRUKTUR GEDUNG SYARIAH TOWER UNIVERSITAS AIRLANGGA MENGGUNAKAN BETON BERTULANG DAN BAJA-BETON KOMPOSIT

ABSTRAK

Gedung Syariah Tower Universitas Airlangga setinggi 20 lantai 8500 m terletak di zona gempa sedang. Ditinjau berdasarkan konfigurasi gedung gedung ini termasuk gedung yang tidak beraturan sehingga harus didesain dengan analisa respon dinamik. Sistem yang digunakan dalam perencanaan gedung ini adalah Sistem Ganda yang mana beban gravitasi dipikul oleh Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah SRPMM dan gaya lateral dipikul oleh Sistem Dinding Struktur Biasa SDSB beton tanpa detailing khusus. Keseluruhan struktur direncanakan menggunakan beton bertulang. Struktur beton bertulang dipilih karena dianggap kokoh dan kuat terhadap beban gempa bumi getaran maupun beban angin Asroni 2010. Diatas pintu masuk entrance terdapat balok dengan bentang 1600 m. Balok tersebut didesain menggunakan balok baja komposit berselubung beton. Struktur komposit ini dipilih karena memiliki kemampuan untuk menopang panjang bentang yang lebih besar Salmon1991. Pedoman yang digunakan adalah SNI 03-2847-2013 tentang Tata Cara Perhitungan Beton untuk Bangunan Gedung SNI 03-1726-2012 tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Bangunan Gedung PPIUG 1983 mengenai Peraturan Pembebanan dan SNI 03-1729-2002 tentang Tata Cara Perhitungan Baja.


ABSTRACT

Design of Airlangga University s building Syariah Towes was as high as 20 stories 8500 m located on medium earthquake zone. Based on its building configuration this building was included into a uniform structure so that it must be designed using dinamic respons analysis. The system that was used on this design was Dual System where the gravitation load was accepted by Intermediate Moment Frame Bearer System and the lateral load was accepted by Ordinary Structure Wall System concrete without any spesific detailing. All of structures were designed with common reinforcement concrete. Reinforcement concrete was chosen because it was strong to arrest the earthquake load vibration or wind load Asroni 2010. There are beams on the entrance with 16 m of length. The beams were designed with compoite beam. The composite structure that were chosen was enchased beam composite. The composite structure was used because of its capability to sopport longer beam Salmon1991. The design of bulding with Intermediate Moment Frame Bearer System with eartquake zone of Surabaya zone 3 three was designed with the earthquake resistant building rules such as SNI 03-2847-2013 SNI 03-1729-2012 SNI 03-1726-2002 PPIUG 1983 and SNI 03-1729-2002.
