ABSTRAK

Perkerasan apron bisa direncanakan dengan metode FAA Federal Aviation Administration PCA Portland Cement Association dan LCN Load Classification Number. Untuk PCA ada dua pendekatan yaitu perencanaan dengan dasar Faktor Keamanan dan Konsep Kelelahan. Ketiga metode perencanaan ini FAA PCA dan LCN menggunakan variabel yang berbeda sehingga perlu dianalisa besarnya perbedaan hasil perencanaan. Hasil desain dengan ketiga metode tersebut juga dievaluasi untuk menampung pergerakan pesawat dengan jangka waktu peramalan 12 tahun. Dengan data pergerakan pesawat spesifikasi apron bandara Juanda kondisi eksisting dan spesifikasi pesawat yang didapat dilakukan penghitungan ketebalan apron dengan ketiga metode lalu dievaluasi dan dibandingkan. Setelah itu dengan data pergerakan pesawat selama 5 tahun terakhir dilakukan peramalan hingga tahun 2026 dengan metode Arima untuk mengetahui perkerasan masih mampu melayani beban lalu lintas pesawat hingga tahun tersebut atau tidak. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan tebal struktur perkerasan kaku sebesar 44 cm untuk metode FAA 335 cm untuk metode PCA dan 325 untuk metode LCN. Berdasarkan hasil desain tebal perkerasan kaku melalui metode FAA PCA dan LCN tersebut tebal perkerasan kaku eksisting sebesar 45 cm masih mampu menerima beban lalu lintas pesawat hingga tahun 2026.


ABSTRACT

The apron pavement can be designed using method of FAA Federal Aviation Administration PCA Portland Cement Association and LCN Load Classification Number. PCA has two basic approaches for planning those are Safety Factor and Fatigue Repetition. All of the planning methods the FAA PCA and LCN are using different variables. Therefore. the methods need to be analyzed on those magnitudes and design outcomes from which method that can accommodate aircraft movements for the next 12 years. The thickness of the apron is determined using data of aircraft movements specification of the existing apron and aircraft characteristic. Based on 5 years data of aircraft movement the prediction of aircraft movement in year 2026 is determined using ARIMA method. The forecast result is utilized to define the ability of the structure to serve the load. The results shows that the thickness of apron obtained is are 44 cm 335 cm and 325 cm for FAA PCA and LCN methods respectively. The existing thickness of apron is 45 cm which is close to the result obtained from the calculation in this study. The significance different of the thickness obtained is influenced by the approach method of each methods in this study. The existing thickness of apron is able to serve the traffic loads in year 2026.
