ABSTRAK

Infrastruktur jembatan merupakan infrastruktur yang penting dalam transportasi darat. Menghubungkan berbagai rintangan yang ada seperti sungai lembah dan lain sebagainya. Sebagai salah satu infrastruktur transportasi darat jembatan mempunyai peranan yang sangat vital dalam perekonomian. Jembatan lemah ireng merupakan jembatan TOL yang berada pada ruas tol Semarang Solo. Jembatan ini didesain dengan menggunakan system gelagar orthotropic di gantungkan pada pylon dengan menggunakan sistem cable stayed single plane memiliki 2 bentang. 212 m pada sisi bawen dan 180 pada sisi ungaran. Mempunyai lebar 27.2 meter didesain untuk 4 lajur kendaraan dalam 2 arah. Material yang digunakan yaitu baja dan VSL 7 wire strand pada bagian kabel. Perencanaan ini dianalisa dengan menggunakan program bantu MIDASCivil 2006 V7.0.1 untuk menganalisa prilaku keseluruhan struktur. Program MIDAS digunakan untuk mengetahui prilaku struktur dari jembatan pada saat diberikan beban. Hasil dari perencanaan ini adalah didapatkan dimensi struktur lantai kendaraan kabel dan angker pylon serta pondasi dengan menggunakan acuan peraturan SNI T-02-2005 SNI T-03-2005. Selain itu stabilitas jembatan terhadap angin juga dikontrol menggunakan metode ASD Allowable Stress Design.


ABSTRACT

Bridge infrastructure is main land transportation infrastructure which connecting many kind of obstacle such as river valley and etc. As a land transportation infrastructure bridge have a big role in economic system. Lemah Ireng Bridge is highway bridge part of Semarang Solo toll roads. The bridge designing by using orthotropic deck system the deck hanged on pylon using cable stayed single plane system consist two main span 212 m span in Bawen side and 180 m in Ungaran side. 27.2 m wide of the deck designing for 4 lane traffic in two way. Using steel in entire structure and VSL 7 wire strand for the cable. The bridge design analyze by using MIDASCivil 2006 V7.01 software this program use to know the behavior of the brigde structure when the bridge loaded. Results from this design are dimention of deck structure cable and anchor and pylon this design use some code such as RSNI T-12-2004 RSNI T-02-2005 RSNI T-03-2005 stability of bridge also control by ASD method Allowable Stress Design
