ABSTRAK

Dengan adanya pembangunan perumahan Graha Natura di kawasan jalan Sambikerep-Kuwukan kelurahan Lontar kecamatan Sambikerep Surabaya yang dulunya kawasan ini adalah perkebunan otomatis akan mempengaruhi kondisi sistem drainase di sekitar wilayah tersebut. Perubahan jumlah limpasan air akan menjadi tolok ukur pertama yang harus diperhatikan dan dikelola dengan baik. Untuk mengatasi terjadinya penambahan volume debit limpasan dari kawasan perumahan tersebut maka kapasitas saluran Lontar dari sekitar kawasan tersebut harus diketahui. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah saluran pembuang tersebut masih mampu menampung debit limpasan air setelah ditambah dengan debit limpasan air akibat pembangunan perumahan Graha Natura. Maka dari itu dalam pengerjaan Tugas Akhir ini diperlukan peninjauan secara langsung di lapangan tepatnya di kawasan tersebut dan di sekitarnya hal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi kawasan tersebut dan saluran-saluran pembuangnya. Setelah itu dilakukan suatu perumusan masalah dari pembangunan perumahan di kawasan tersebut dari kawasan perkebunan menjadi perumahan tentu akan menimbulkan beberapa masalah diantara dampak perubahan koefisien pengaliran di kawasan rencana jaringan drainase kondisi kapasitas saluran eksisting sebelum dan sesudah pembangunan perumahan kondisi jaringan drainase di luar kawasan perumahan dan operasional bosem beserta pintu air dan pompanya. Dari rumusan masalah tersebut selanjutnya dilakukan pengumpulan beberapa data antara lain data hidrologi data hidrolika dan data topografi kawasan tersebut. Setelah itu dilakukan analisa hidrologi meliputi analisa data curah hujan dan perhitungan debit rencana. Serta yang terakhir melakukan analisa hidrolika yang meliputi perencanaan dimensi saluran perumahan perhitungan volume limpasan dari perumahan perhitungan kapasitas bosem dan perhitungan kapasitas saluran Lontar. Hasil dari analisa limpasan kawasan perumahan Graha Natura mengalami peningkatan dari 632223 m3 menjadi 10676 m3 dengan waktu hujan 2 jam. Sedangkan saluran Sambikerep melimpaskan 439840 m3 dengan waktu 2 jam juga. Bosem mampu menerima kedua limpasan tersebut tetapi untuk waktu hujan lebih dari 2 jam bosem tidak mampu menerima limpasannya. Dampak dari limpasan tersebut juga berpengaruh pada saluran Lontar dengan debit limpasan dari outlet pintu air bosem sebesar 126 m3det perlu dilakukan normalisasi di beberapa potongan melintang saluran Lontar.


ABSTRACT

The appearance of Graha Natura residence builds in the area Sambikerep-Kuwukan Street Kelurahan Lontar Kecamatan Sambikerep Surabaya which was a plantation in the old days automatically affected the condition of drainage system in the area. The total of surface runoff discharge change would be the first calculation which has to be cared and well managed. To prevent the increased of runoff discharge volume from that residence area the capacity of Lontar channel around the area should be well-known. The condition purposed to know the drainage channel could hold surface runoff after added with surface runoff from Graha Natura Residence build. Based on the case the final project needs a direct observation in field especially around the area to know the condition of that area and drainage channels. After that the problems formulated from the residence build in the area from the plantation area into residence surely made some problems such as the effect of conduction coefficient change in the area drainage system plan the condition of existing channel capacity before and after residence build the condition of drainage system outside the residence area the operational of bozem with the water gate and the pump. Based on formulation of the problems some data collected such as hydrology data hydraulic data and topography of the area. After that the analysis of hydrology included analysis of rain fall data and calculation of design discharge. The analysis of hydraulic was the last thing to do which included residence channel dimension plan runoff volume from residence calculation bozem capacity calculation and Lontar channel capacity calculation. The result of analysis Graha Natura residence runoff area increased from 632223 m3 to 10676 m3 with raining time 2 hours. In other side Sambikerep channel runoff water 439840 m3 by 2 hours. Bozem could conduct both runoff but not more than 2 hours. The impact of runoff also affects to Lontar channel the runoff discharge from the outlet sluice bozem of 1.26 m3 s need to be normalized in some channel cross section.
