ABSTRAK

Jembatan Ir. Soekarno-Manado dibangun melintasi sungai Tandano Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Jembatan ini dibangun dengan konstruksi box girder segmental dengan bentang jembatan sepanjang 120 m yang terbagi atas satu bentang utama dan dua bentang kantilefer di setiap ujungnya 325m 55m 325m. Dalam tugas akhir ini direncanakan kembali konstruksi box girder segmental dengan memodifikasi bentang jembatan menjadi 180 m yang terbagi atas satu bentang utama dan dua bentang kantilefer di setiap ujungnya 45m 90m 45m. Perencanaan jembatan ini dimulai dengan pengumpulan data dan literatur yang diperlukan dalam perencanaan. Dalam perencanaannya akan mengacu pada RSNI T-02-2005 dan SNI T-12-2004. Pada tahap awal perencanaan dilakukan preliminary design untuk menentukan dimensi struktur utama penampang box girder akibat perubahan bentang jembatan. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan terhadap struktur sekunder jembatan seperti pagar pembatas dan trotoar yang nantinya akan berpengaruh terhadap pembebanan struktur utama jembatan. Analisa pembebanan yang terjadi diantaranya akibat berat sendiri beban mati tambahan beban lalu lintas serta mempertimbangkan pengaruh terhadap waktu seperti creep dan kehilangan gaya prategang. Kemudian dari hasil analisa tersebut dilakukan kontrol tegangan akhir yang terjadi pada struktur utama jembatan perhitungan penulangan box serta perhitungan kekuatan dan stabilitas struktur. Output dari perencanaan ini adalah didapatkan bentuk dan dimensi penampang box girder yang sesuai beserta detail penulangannya akibat perpanjangan ii bentang jembatan. Serta menentukan letak tendon pada penampang yang kemudian digambarkan menggunakan program bantu Autocad. Sehingga struktur utama jembatan mampu menahan beban-beban yang bekerja pada jembatan dan didapatkan suatu struktur jembatan yang aman.


ABSTRACT

Ir. Soekarno bridge Manado built across the river Tandano North Sulawesi Province. This bridge was built with box girder segmental construction span bridge is 120 meters which is divide into the main span and two cantilever spans with length 325 meters 55 meters 325 meters. In this final project is planned re-box girder segmental construction by modifying the bridge spans to 180 meters which is divided into the main span and two cantilever spans with length 45 meters 90 meters 45 meters. This bridge planning begins with data collection and literature is required in planning. In the plan will be based on RSNI T-02-2005 and SNI T-12-2004. In the early stages of planning carried out preliminary design to determine the cross sectional dimensions of the main structure box girder due to changes in bridge spans. Subsequent calculation of the secondary structure of the bridge like guardrail and pavement which will affect the main structure of the bridge loading. Analysis of loading that occurs as a result of which own weight additional dead load traffic load and to consider the influence of the time such as creep and loss of prestressing force. Then the result of the analysis carried out control voltage that occurs at the end of the main structure of the bridge reinforcement calculation box calculation of the strength and stability of the structure. Output of this planning is obtained cross sectional shape and dimensions of the box girder corresponding well as details of reinforcement due to the extension of the bridge span. And also determine the location of the tendon on the cross section then described using Autocad. So the main structure of the bridge is able to withstand the loads acting on the bridge and obtained a safe bridge structure.
