PERENCANAAN VEGETASI PADA JALUR HIJAU JALAN SEBAGAI RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU RTH PUBLIK UNTUK MENYERAP EMISI KARBON MONOKSIDA CO DARI KENDARAAN BERMOTOR DI KECAMATAN SUKOLILO SURABAYA

ABSTRAK

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk disuatu wilayah akan berdampak pada pertumbuhan sektor transportasi yang cepat terutama jumlah kendaraan bermotor. Hal ini menyebabkan jumlah total emisi yang dihasilkan juga semakin meningkat. Sehingga perlu dilakukan perencanaan sistem ruang terbuka hijau RTH yang baik agar kondisi lingkungan tetap seimbang. Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisa dan perencanan RTH di Kecamatan Sukolilo Surabaya. Perencanaan RTH dilakukan dengan memperkirakan emisi karbon monoksida CO dari kegiatan transportasi di Kecamatan Sukolilo 10 tahun kedepan yang akan dibandingkan dengan daya serap CO dari RTH yang sudah ada. Data jumlah total emisi CO diperoleh dari data kendaraan bermotor dengan metode survey traffic counting dan daya serap RTH diperoleh dari survei vegetasi eksisting di kecamatan Sukolilo dengan metode observasi. Daya serap vegetasi Jl. Arif Rahman Hakim adalah 34 tontahun Jl. Nginden Semolo 14471 tontahun dan Jl. Kertajaya Indah 12315 tontahun. Dari ketiga jalan tersebut RTH eksisting belum mampu menyerap emisi CO yang ada. Perencanaan RTH jalur hijau jalan terdiri dari 2 skenario. Perencanaan RTH jalur hijau jalan terdiri dari 2 skenario. Pada Jl. Arif Rahman Hakim direncanakan pada skenario 1 sebanyak 632 pohon skenario 2 sebanyak 6.990 pohon. Pada Jl. Nginden Semolo direncanakan pada skenario 1 sebanyak 573 pohon skenario 2 sebanyak 6.255 pohon. Pada Jl. Kertajaya Indah direncanakan pada skenario 1 sebanyak 990 pohon skenario 2 sebanyak 8.450 pohon.


ABSTRACT

Increasing the number of population in a region will causes a rapid growth of transportation sector especially on the number of motor vehicle. It also causes in line increase of the amount of emissions produced. Because of this problem a well planning of green open space RTH is needed in order to keep the balance of the environment. In this final project analysis and planning of green open space has been done in the Sukolilo district Surabaya. Green open space planning requires CO emissions estimating of transportation activities that will be compared with CO absorption of existing green open space. The total amount of CO emissions obtained from a survey of motor vehicles and green space absorption is obtained from a survey of existing vegetation in the Sukolilo district. Finally the results of survey and data analysis showed that absorption of existing vegetation in 2014 is Arif Rahman Hakim St. 3.4 tonsyear Nginden Semolo St. 144.71 tonsyear and Kertajaya Indah St. 123.15 tonsyear. From the calculation can be planned a green open space on districts Sukolilo in 2024 are two scenarios. The first scenario that need the amount of vegetation on Arif Rahman Hakim St. 632 trees Nginden Semolo St. 573 trees and Kertajaya Indah St. 990 trees. The second scenario needed the amount of vegetation on Arif Rahman Hakim St. 6.990 trees Nginden Semolo St. 6.255 trees and Kertajaya Indah St. 8.450 trees.
