ABSTRAK

Bencana Letusan Gunung api akan membawa material erupsi Pyroclastic dan menyebabkan adanya banjir lahar hujan. Banyaknya material erupsi akan mengubah tata guna lahan serta dapat menimbulkan potensi kerusakan lahan di Area Sub DAS Konto. Selain itu material erupsi yang terbawa hujan yang sangat kencang dan memiliki debit air yang besar akan menjadi faktor berubahnya bentuk dan Pola Sungai Konto. Untuk memantau perubahan tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian terhadap perubahan lahan dan perubahan pola sungai pada Sub DAS Konto sebelum dan setelah terjadinya erupsi Gunung Kelud menggunakan Citra Satelit Multi-Temporal. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan citra satelit Landsat 8 sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien terutama untuk daerah yang berubah secara cepat serta cakupan yang lebih luas. Metode yang dapat digunakan untuk memantau perubahan pola sungai adalah dengan menggunakan Directional Filtering. Sedangkan untuk perubahan tata guna lahan diklasifikasikan dengan menggunakan metode klasifikasi terbimbing supervised classification. Dari hasil pengolahan dan analisis hasil didapatkan bahwa terjadi perubahan pola dan luas pada sebagian aliran sungai Konto sepanjang Kecamatan Kepung Kab. Kediri sejak Juni 2013 Pra Erupsi Gunung Kelud sampai April 2014 Pasca Erupsi Gunung Kelud sebesar 4656577 m2 atau seluas 467 Ha. Kemudian untuk perubahan luas tata guna lahan didapatkan bahwa material erupsi menutupi kelas lain Badan Air Sawah Perkebunan dll sebesar 154269 Ha.


ABSTRACT

Volcanic eruption will carry pyroclastic material and lahars. The number of eruptive material will change the land use which cause many potential damage to land around Subwatershed of Konto. In addition the material carried by lahars slide very fast and has a large water debit will change the shape and pattern of Konto River. For monitoring these changes then conducted a study of land use change and changing river patterns in the sub-watershed of Konto before and after the eruption of Mount Kelud using Multi-Temporal Satellite Imagery. This study is using Landsat satellite 8 that is more effective and efficient especially for the regions that change rapidly and wide coverage area. The method can be used for monitoring the changes in the pattern of the river using the Directional Filtering. Meanwhile for monitoring the changes from land usage were classified using supervised classification. From the results of data processing and analysis we found that there is a change in the pattern of rivers and area in Partly stream of Konto River along the Sub-District of Kepung Kediri District since June 2013 Kelud Pre-eruption until April 2014 Kelud Post-eruption area of 46565.77 m2 or about 4.67 ha. Then the changes in land use shows that the material eruption covering the another class such as The Water class Rice Field Plantation etc. an area of 1542.69 ha.
