SKENARIO ADAPTASI KAWASAN BANJIR BERDASARKAN TINGKAT BAHAYA DI KECAMATAN BABAT KABUPATEN LAMONGAN

ABSTRAK

Besarnya kerugian yang dialami Kecamatan Babat akibat luapan Sungai Bengawan Solo membuktikan upaya-upaya penanggulangan belum menemukan suatu konsep penanganan yang tepat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan skenario kawasan banjir yang mampu mengurangi ancaman bahaya banjir berdasarkan tingkat bahaya di Kecamatan Babat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi bahaya banjir yaitu regresi linier berganda. Model regresi yang diperoleh kemudian diinputkan ke dalam teknik analisa raster calculator pada software Arc Gis untuk memperoleh pemodelan tingkat bahaya banjir. Variabel-variabel pembentuk model kemudian diintervensi melalui metode skenario dengan tools raster calculator. Hasil skenario-skenario tersebut dibandingkan untuk memperoleh skenario terbaik dalam mengurangi ancaman bahaya banjir dengan teknik analisa deskriptif kuantitatif.


ABSTRACT

The amount of losses suffered Babat District because overflow of Bengawan Solo River has proved that prevention efforts have not found an appropriate treatment concept yet. Therefore the purpose of this research is to obtain flood area scenarios that can reduce the danger of flooding based on the level of danger in Babat District. The method used to obtain the variables that affect flood is multiple linear regression. Regression models were then entered into raster calculator tools in software modeling Arc Gis to obtain flooding hazard level. Variables formed the model then intervened through scenarios with raster calculator tools based on result of other research. The results of these scenarios are compared to obtain the best scenario in reducing the threat of flooding hazard with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques.
