Banyak faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap proses pembuatan sebuah kapal. Apabila faktor tersebut mengalami masalah maka proses pembuatan kapal akan mengalami kemunduran dalam hal waktu dan juga akan mengalami penambahan biaya. Hal ini jelas tidak diharapkan oleh galangan pembuat kapal. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diatas perlu diadakan penelitian dengan cara melihat sejauh mana pelaksanaan pembuatan kapal tersebut sesuai dengan rencana semula yang telah dibuat. Dalam hal ini adalah tentang masalah jam orang dan waktu pembuatan kapal.

There are many factor are caused the ship building process. If there is any problem, so the building process will be late and it cost will be increased too. This matter isn’t expected by shipyard. This problem could be done by researching the ship building process that same with work plan. In this case about the manhours and building time
