ABSTRAK

Korosi sangat merugikan karena dapat menjadi penyebab kebocoran pada jalur pipa transmisi. Korosi pada jalur pipa dapat dikurangi dengan cara mendesain catodic protection sehingga resiko kerugian yang besar dapat dikurangi. Telah dilakukan analisa teknis dan analisa ekonomis pada sistem proteksikatodik di jalur pipa transmisi air laut. Hasil analisa teknis dengan menggunakan metode manual 961tanah 270 cm937 didapatkan jumlah anoda sebanyak 2281 anoda. Menurut metode mapping area didapatkan jumlah anoda sebanyak 99 anoda 21 anode 32lb dan 78 anode 50 lb. Hasil analisa ekonomis dengan Life Cycle Cost Analysis LCCA menurut metode manual 961tanah270cm937 memerlukan biaya sebesar Rp. 638135311800 untuk desain selama 25 tahun. Menurut metode mapping area memerlukan biaya sebesar Rp. 28343138600 untuk desain selama 25 tahun.


ABSTRACT

Corrosion is very detrimental because it can cause leaks in transmission pipelines. Corrosion of pipelines can be reduced by designing catodic protection. technical analysis and economic analysis has been done on cathodic protection system on sea water transmission pipelines The results of technical analysis with manual method 961soil 270 cm937 found the number of 2281 anodes. According to the mapping method area gained as much as 99 the number of anode 21 anode 32lb 78 anode 50 lb. The results of economic analysis with the Life Cycle Cost Analysis LCCA according to the manual method 961soil 270 cm937 an estimated cost of Rp.638135311800 to design for 25 years. According to the method of mapping an area requires a fee of Rp.28343138600 to design for 25 years.
