ABSTRAK

Dalam setiap perancangan sistem cremona atau rangka batang maka akan terjadi pressure yang cukup besar pada batang cremona dengan bentuk profil L sehingga dapat menimbulkan tekanan dan regangan yang cukup besar pula. Akibat adanya pressure ini maka terjadi pula tegangan dan regangan pada tiap sumbu yang besarnya tegangan ini dapat mengetahui kapan batang tersebut bisa diketahui kekuatan batang tersebut. Setelah dapat diketahui kekuatan tersebut maka dapat diatasi dengan pemilihan bahan yang sesuai untuk pembuatan cremona batang tersebut. Dengan mengetahui tegangan ditribusi sama regangannya maka akan didapatkan faktor safetynya. Dalam skripsi ini akan dianalisa distribusi tegangan dengan berbagai pembebanan dengan variasi 3 ton 6 ton 9 ton serta 12 ton. Dengan menggunakan bantuan software solidwork sebagai pengolahan data maka akan didapatkan analisa yang diinginkan.


ABSTRACT

In any system design or truss cremona there will be considerable pressure on the rod cremona with L shape profile that can cause stress and strain are big enough. As a result of this pressure then there is also the stress and strain on the magnitude of the voltage of each axis can know when the rod can be known that stem strength. Once it is known that the strength can be overcome by the selection of appropriate materials for the manufacture of the rods cremona. By knowing the distribution of the voltage at the stretch it will get safetynya factor. In this paper will be analyzed with a variety of loading stress distribution with variations of 3 tons 6 tons and 12 tons 9 ton. With the help of data processing software solidwork as it will get the desired analysis.
