ABSTRAK

Seiring dengan perkembangan kota Surabaya dan sekitarnya tidak terlepas dengan Perkembangan Kali MasKali Mas merupakan salah satu Sungai di Surabaya yang bermanfaat bagi hajat hidup penduduk SurabayaNamun seiring berjalan waktu Kali Mas mengalami pendangkalan dan polusi sampah padat akibat pembuangan sampah sembarangan.Oleh karena itu penting untuk melakukan pengerukan sendimen dan sampah yang efektif dan tepat agar tidak menggangu fungsi utama dari Kali Masmaka perlu suatu alat untuk pengerukanBackhoe dreger merupak alat yang tepat untuk pengerukan akan tetapi harus disesuaikan lengan penerukannya agar efektif dalam beroperasi.Dalam pembuatan Tugas Akhir ini akan di disain Boom dan Arm dari Backhoe dreger untuk pengerukan di Kali mas di Surabaya.Sesuai dengan Kebutuhan dan aspek pertimbangan ukuran kapal telah ditentukan disain Boom dengan panjang 4.6m dan arm 2.1m dengan kapasitas Bucket 0.56 m3 .Dengan pemilihan matrial Carbon Stell Sheet SS 1023 dan ketebalan plat 10 mmmetode yang digunakan untuk analisa pembebanan adalah stress analisis pada Program Solid workdan sebagai pertimbangan kelayakan disain adalah safety faktor dari disain 1. Dari hasil Analisa di peroleh Nilai minimal stress 0.0039 MpaMaksimal Stress 321Mpadan Minimal Safty Faktor terrendah dari model adalah 1.2 .dengan Pembebanan angkat sebesar 840 kgpada posisi Panjang Maksimal Lengan Pengerukan didapatkan hasil stress minimal 0.009 Mpa dan maksimal stress 387 Mpa dengan safty faktor terrendah 1.01dengan kekuwatan angkat maksimal sebesar 1200 kg


ABSTRACT

Along with the development of the city of Surabaya and surrounding areas are not separated by the development of Kali Mas Kali Mas is one of the Surabaya River that benefit the lives of residents of Surabaya but as time goes Kali Mas experiencing siltation and pollution due to solid waste landfills . Therefore important to carry out dredging and garbage sendimen effective and appropriate so as not to interfere with the primary function of the Kali Mas it is necessary a tool for dredging backhoe Dreger is the right tool for the dredging but dredging arm must be adjusted in order to be effective in the manufacture of final operation.Into this will be in the design Boom and Arm for dredging of Backhoe Dreger at Kali Mas in Surabaya.Match with consideration of needs and aspects of vessel size has been specified design Boom arm with length 4.6 m and 2.1 m with 056 m3 Bucket capacity. Matrial with the election of Carbon Steel Sheet SS 1023 and the plate thickness is 10 mm the methods used for the analysis of loading is stress analysis on Solid work program and the feasibility of the design consideration is the safety factor of the design of 1 .The position of maximum length Sleeve Dredging showed minimal stress 0.009 MPa and 387 MPa maximum stress with safty lowest factor of 1.01 with a maximum lifting force of 1200 kg
