ABSTRAK

Reklamasi merupakan upaya manusia untuk menjawab keterbatasan lahan yang ada di perkotaan. Dalam perkembangan selanjutnya kawasan tersebut dimanfaatkan untuk pembangunan fasilitas perkotaan permukiman atau pelabuhan. Rencana pengembangan Teluk Lamong yaitu peningkatan kapasitas bongkar muat terminal peti kemas dan terminal multipurpose dikhawatirkan akan berdampak negatif terhadap pola arus dan sedimentasi di Teluk Lamong. Dampak dari sedimentasi ini dikhawatirkan akan menyebabkan pendangkalan alur pelayaran sungai di Selat Madura. Tugas akhir ini meneliti tentang perubahan pola arus yang terjadi di Teluk Lamong akibat adanya reklamasi dengan parameter kecepatan arus yang terjadi pada tiap titik tinjauan dan tiap alternatif desain reklamasi yang dimodelkan dengan SMS 11.1. Pola arus dan transpor sedimen yang terjadi di Teluk Lamong mengalami perubahan. Besarnya sedimen pada kondisi eksisting yaitu -638.33 m3. Selisih volume sedimentasi sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya reklamasi di Teluk Lamong dibagi dalam beberapa alternatif desain untuk alternatif desain 1 didapatkan selisih -20.9 m3 untuk alternatif 2 didapatkan -41.7 m3. Walaupun sedimentasi bernilai negatif atau dengan kata lain terjadi erosi namun angka yang terjadi tidak signifikan.


ABSTRACT

Reclamation is a human attempt to address the limitations of existing urban land. In a further development of the region used for the construction of urban facilities residential or ports. Lamong Bay development plans that increase the capacity of loading and unloading container terminal and multipurpose terminal is feared to have a negative impact on the pattern of flow and sedimentation in the Lamong Bay. The impact of sedimentation is feared to cause silting of river shipping channel in the Strait of Madura. This final project examines changes in flow patterns that occur in the Lamong Bay as a result of reclamation with parameter flow velocity that occurs at each point and each alternative design review reclamation is modeled with SMS 11.1. The pattern of flow and sediment transport that occurred in the Lamong Bay change. The amount of sediment in the existing condition -638.33 m3. Sedimentation volume difference before and after reclamation in the Lamong Bay divided into several alternative designsalternative design 1 obtained difference -20.9 m3 and -41.7 m3 obtained for alternative 2. Although sedimentation is negative or in other words erosion but the number that occurred is not significant.
