Description:

Distribution Planning Decision (DPD) melibatkan perencanaan optimasi distribusi yang bertujuan untuk mengalokasikan produk hasil produksi hingga sampai ke tangan konsumen dalam suatu jaringan rantai pasok. Umumnya, perusahaan memiliki beberapa tujuan yang ingin dicapai secara bersamaan sehingga membuat permasalahan DPD semakin kompleks. Dalam konteks distribusi pada perusahaan manufaktur, memiliki tujuan untuk meminimalkan total biaya dan meminimalkan total waktu pengiriman. Dalam tugas akhir ini, akan dilakukan penyelesaian DPD problem dengan menggunakan metode interactive fuzzy multi-objective linear programming (i-FMOLP). Metode i-FMOLP bertujuan untuk mencapai beberapa obyektif dengan data-data fuzzy secara bersamaan.Obyektif yang ingin dicapai dalam tugas akhir ini yaitu meminimalkan total biaya produksi dan total waktu pengiriman, yang memiliki nilai-nilai batasan tak tentu. Metode i-FMOLP dapat meliputi seluruh fuzzy obyektif serta batasan-batasan dengan nilai tak tentu untuk menghasilkan suatu keputusan. Metode i-FMOLP juga memfasilitasi decision maker (DM) perusahaan untuk ikut berkontribusi dalam menghasilkan keputusan. Peran DM untuk berinteraksi memodifikasi fuzzy data serta parameter yang terkait berdasarkan pengetahuan dan penilaian ahli dibutuhkan untuk mencapai hasil keputusan yang optimal bagi perusahaan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari tugas akhir ini,bahwa metode i-FMOLP dapat menghasilkan keputusan mengenai jumlah pasokan produk yang optimal dengan total biaya dan total waktu pengiriman yang minimal secara bersamaan dengan tingkat kepuasan DM yang maksimal.

Distribution Planning Decision (DPD) involved the optimization of distribution planning that aims to allocate products to consumers in a supply chain network. Generally, companies have several objectives to be achieved simultaneously, making the DPD problem to be more complex. In the context of distribution at manufacturing companies, has a goal to minimize total costs and minimize total delivery time. In this thesis, DPD problem will be solve with using interactive fuzzy multi-objective linear programming (i-FMOLP). I-FMOLP method aims to achieve several objectives with fuzzy data simultaneously. Objective that to be achieved in this thesis is to minimize total production cost and total delivery time, which has the values of indeterminate boundaries. I-FMOLP method can include the entire fuzzy objective and constraints with fuzzy environments. I-FMOLP method also facilitates the decision maker (DM) companies to contribute in generating a decision. The role of DM to interact modify the fuzzy data and associated parameters based on expert knowledge and assessments are needed to achieve the optimal decision for the company. Results that obtained from this thesis is i-FMOLP method can generate decision regarding the optimal amount of products supplies with minimum total cost and total delivery time simultaneously with the maximum level of satisfaction DM.
