ABSTRAK

Perkembangan pembuatan transportasi laut di Indonesia semakin meningkat. Oleh karena itu PT. Adiluhung Sarana Segara Indonesia PT. ASSI melakukanpengembangan galangan untuk meningkatkan hasil dan mutu produksi. Salah satu bentuk pengembangan galanganadalah dengan mendirikan workshop CNC cutting. Workshop tersebut didirikan dengan ukuran panjang 48 meter dan lebar 14 meter. Workshop tersebut digunakan sebagai tempat untuk memotong pelat yang berbentuk lembaran. Dalam proses produksi pelat pelat yang akan digunakan harus dipindahkan dari satu tempat ke tempatyanglain. Untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat hal tersebut maka pesawat angkat dan angkutdiperlukan. Mengingat tempat operasional pesawat angkat dilakukan di dalam ruangan maka jenis pesawat angkat danangkut yang sesuai adalah overhead crane. Tahapan perancangan overhead crane ini meliputi pemilihan hoist perancangan girder perancangan endcarriege pemilihan motor untuk gerakan long travel pembuatan detail drawing dan penyusunan material list. Perancangan ini pun disesuaikan dengan persyaratan pada Permenaker No. 5 Tahun 1985 mengenai pesawat pengangkut. Perancangan ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa parameter yaitu jarak bentangan girder kapasitas angkat dan kecepatan gerak. Dalam proses perancangan MSC Nastran dan MSC Patran digunakan juga untuk memudahkan perhitungan finite element method. Hasil perancangan ini berupa overhead crane dengan kapasitas angkat 5 ton SWL dengan tipe Top Running Single Girder.Konstruksi pada overhead crane meliputi profil WF 600 x 200 pada girder dan Profil UNP 180 x 75 pada endtruck. Kecepatan long travel sebesar 10 mmenit dengan daya motor 11 Hp sebanyak dua unit. Total biaya dari daftar material yang digunakan sebesar Rp.98.886.992-. Perancangan ini akan digunakan sebagai referensi dalam pengadaan overhead crane pada workshop CNC pada PT. Adiluhung Sarana Segara Indonesia.


ABSTRACT

Growth of making sea transportation in Indonesia is progressively mount. Because of that PT. Adiluhung Sarana Segara Indinesia PT. ASSI doing development of shipyard to increase result and quality of production. One of way development of shipyard is by building CNC cutting workshop. The workshop build in area with48 metre long and 14 metre wide. That used as place to cut plates which in form of sheet. In produce processplate to be used have to be removed fromoneplace to other place. To easier and quicker that process so hoisting equipment is needed. Considering of place for operational is inside a room so type of hoist equipmet isan overhead crane. Step of design this overhead crane is cover by election of hoist girder design endcarriege design election of motor for long travel movement making of detail drawing and making of material list. This design is also adapted by condition at No. 5 year 1985 of labour minister regulation. Design an overhead crane influenced by some parameter for example span of gider lifting capacity and speed of motion. At Design process Msc Nastran and Msc Patran used to facilitate calculation of finite element methode. The results ofthisdesignis thedesign ofoverheadcraneswith alifting capacityof 5 tonsSWLwithTopRunningSinglegirdertype. Constructionon the overheadcrane includes profiles WF600 x200 at the girder and Profiles UNP180 x75 onendtruck. Longtravelspeedis 10m minwith two unit of 1.1hpmotor power. The total cost of material used is Rp. 98886992 -.This design is used as reference of designforbuilding overhead crane at workshop cnc at PT. Adiluhung Sarana Segara Indonesia.
