ABSTRAK

Pelabuhan Benoa merupakan satu-satunya pelabuhan di selatan pulau Bali yang menjadi tempat bersandarnya kapal. Keadaan pelabuhan yang hanya memiliki 1 dermaga untuk keperluan kapal pariwisata dan speed boat. Menyebabkan jalur lalu lintas dan operasional kapal yang akan memasuki pelabuhan terganggu karena jumlah kapal yang semakin lama semakin banyak. Perancangan sebuah dermaga apung adalah salah satu solusi alternatif yang berlokasi didesa Mertasari karena dinilai paling tepat dengan kondisi daerah sekitar. Dermaga apung direncanakan berdasarkan hasil survey data di lapangan dimana dermaga tersebut akan ditempatkan sesuai kebutuhan. Dermaga tersebut dibuat dengan bahan Baja karena dinilai lebih kuat tahan lama dan mudah dalam proses pengerjaannya. Perhitungan konstruksi baja untuk dermaga dilakukan berdasarkan ketentuan ABS American Beureu Standart. Hasil konsep desain diperiksa karakteristiknya seperti stabilitas dan kekuatan konstruksinya. Apabila karakteristik tidak baik konsep desainnya harus diulang dan bila sudah baiksesuai dengan standar maka dilanjutkan dengan mengevaluasi hasil desain dengan cara memeriksa kesesuaian antara kebutuhan desain dengan performa hasil desain. Bila tidak terdapat kesesuaian maka proses harus diulang dan jika sudah sesuai maka desain bisa digunakan. Berdasarkan perencanaan dermaga apung maka didapatkan bentuk dermaga apung dalam bentuk ponton dengan ukuran utama L 14 m B 3 m H 0.84 m cb 096 DWT 9 Ton. Ponton disusun menjadi sebuah layout sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat digunakan secara maksimal.


ABSTRACT

Port of Benoa represent a single port in south of Bali island becoming place lean ship. Port circumstance which only own 1 dock for ship of tourism and speed boat. Causing band of traffic and ship operational to enter the port annoyed because ship amount which longer more than more. Scheme a floating dock is one of alternative solution which have location of countryside Mertasari because assessed most precise with the area condition. Floating dock planned by pursuant to result of survey data in field where the dock will be placed according to requirement. The dock made with the substance Become steel because assessed stronger durable and easy to in course of its workmanship. Construction calculation become steel for the dock of conducted by pursuant to rule ABS American Beureu Standard. Result of concept desain checked by its characteristic like stability and its construction strength. If bad characteristic conception design have to be repeated and as according to standard is hence continued with evaluating result design by checking according to among requirement design by performe result of design. When dont there are according to hence process have to be repeated and if have according to hence design can be used. Pursuant to dock planning float is hence got by a dock form float in the form of especial pontoon of the size L 14 m B 3 m H 0.84 m cb 096 DWT 6.6 Ton. Pontoon compiled to become a layout in such a manner so that can be used maximally
