ABSTRAK

Dalam proses produksi ice cream diperlukan proses sanitasi yang baik. Karena di dalam produksinya terdapat banyak bahan-bahan yang mudah rusak oleh bakteri terutama susu dan untuk memperhatikan kesehatan konsumen. Untuk mengurangi resiko tersebut industri produsen ice cream harus membilas alat-alat produksinya sesteril mungkin. Mengenai hal ini banyak yang sudah cukup mempunyai sistem yang baik tetapi sistem tersebut masih kurang sempurna. Karena itu diperlukan sistem Clean In Pipe yang lebih sempurna dengan otomatisasinya yang mudah dievaluasi. Tugas akhir ini akan di usulkan suatu perancangan prototype Clean In Pipe system dari sistem yang telah ada dengan yang lebih sempurna dengan system PLC dengan pengontrolan HMI touchscreen. Dalam sistem ini menggunakan PLC untuk mengolah input sensor suhu sensor level dan sensor conductivity yang mudah dimonitor lewat touchscreen. Komponen yang digunakan meliputi tanki pencampur zat pembersih tanki pencucian dan tanki bilas. Untuk parameter-parameter dari sensor dapat diisi sendiri oleh operator yang berpengalaman dari report - report yang sudah ada yang merupakan rahasia dari perusahaan. Secara garis besarnya dalam system ini memfasilitasi setting parameter-parameter yang diinginkan yang kemudian disimpan di memori PLC untuk dijalankan secara otomatis.


ABSTRACT

The ice cream production process requires a good sanitation process. For the production there are many materials which are easily damaged by bacteria especially milk and for concerns of consumers healthy. To reduce this risk it should be rinsed by ice creams production to sterilize production tools as much as possible. There are many factory are already to have a good enough system but the system is still less than perfect. Because the system is required Clean In Pipe a more perfect with the automation that is easy on the evaluation. This thesis proposes a prototype design of cleaning in the pipe system of the current system with a more perfect with the PLC system with touch-screen operator control. With this final is expected to help meet those needs. In this system PLC used to process the entry level sensors temperature sensors and sensor conductivity that is easy on the follow-up through a touch screen. The components used are cleaning of mixing tank tank washing and rinsing tanks. For the parameters of the sensor itself it can be occupied by an experienced operator of the reports for the current report which is the secret of the company. The principle of this system facilitates the adjustment of the desired parameters are stored in the memory of the PLC to run automatically.
