ABSTRAK

Pada proyek akhir ini dilakukan analisa kinerja Space Time Block Coding STBC pada sistem Successive Interference Cancellation SIC Multi User Detection MUD CDMA. Hasilnya berupa kurva nilai bit error rate BER sebagai fungsi signal noise to ratio SNR. Dari hasil simulasi menunjukan kinerja STBC untuk antena 2Tx-1Rx lebih baik 8.51dB daripada tanpa menggunakan STBC untuk antena 2Tx-2Rx lebih baik 11.74dB daripada tanpa menggunakan STBC. Untuk antena 2Tx-1Rx 3 stage memiliki kinerja sistem lebih baik 8.17dB daripada 1 stage untuk antena 2Tx-2Rx 3 stage kinerja sistemnya lebih baik 8.827dB dibandingkan 1 stage. Sedangkan untuk antena 2Tx-1Rx dengan 4 user memiliki kinerja 9.342dB lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan 20 user untuk SIC 3 stage. Untuk antena 2Tx-2Rx dengan 4 user memiliki kinerja 8.18dB lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan 20 user untuk SIC 3 stage.


ABSTRACT

At the end of this project analyzed the performance of Space Time Block Coding STBC on the system Successive Interference Cancellation SIC Multi User Detection MUD CDMA. The result is a curve of the bit error rate BER as a function of signal to noise ratio SNR. From the simulation results show the performance of STBC for antenna 2Tx-1Rx 8.51dB better than without using STBC for antenna 2Tx-2Rx 11.74dB 2Rx better than without using STBC. For antenna 2Tx-1Rx 3 Stage has a better system performance than 8.17dB 1 stage for the antenna 2Tx-2Rx 3 Stage better system performance 8.827dB than 1 stage. As for the antenna 2Tx-1Rx with 4 users have a better performance 9.342dB when compared to 20 users to SIC 3 stages. For antenna 2Tx-2Rx with 4 users have a better performance 8.18dB compared with 20 users for the SIC 3 stages.
