KAJIAN PERENCANAAN GAS HANDLING SYSTEM DAN TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM STUDI KASUS DISTRIBUSI DI BALI

A STUDY ON DESIGNING GAS HANDLING SYSTEM AND TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM CASE STUDY OF DISTRIBUTION IN BALI

ABSTRAK

Pulau Bali terdapat 1.765.372 unit kendaraan bermotor dengan luas wilayah 5.636.660 km2. Hal ini membuat emisi di Pulau Bali cukup besar sehingga penggunaan bahan bakar gas sebagai bahan bakar kendaraan pada masa akan datang akan lebih efektif. Diperkirakan tahun 2012 kebutuhan gas untuk Jawa-Bali adalah sebesar 328 MMSCFD sehingga Pulau Bali memerlukan suplai LNG untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gas di Bali. Cluster LNG sebagai teknologi baru penyimpanan LNG sangat cocok untuk diterapkan di Pulau Bali. Konsep Cluster LNG akan efektif untuk digunakan pada jarak dekat karena suplai gas alam untuk Bali berasal dari Pagerungan. Di Pulau Bali pemerintah akan segera membangun 5 Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Gas SPBG. Pada penelitian ini membahas perencanaan gas handling system di terminal LNG dan di SPBG serta masalah transportation system untuk distribusi di Bali. Gas handling system di terminal penerima LNG dan di SPBG menggunakan konsep Cluster LNG. Pola transportasi didesain berdasarkan metode menggunakan Vehicle Routing Problem VRP dengan tujuan masalahnya adalah untuk mencari rute optimal dengan meminimalkan biaya rute. Rute yang optimal ini bisa berupa single route dan multiple route. Batasan dalam menentukan rute yang optimal ini adalah kapasitas truk LNG serta batasan waktu pengiriman. Total Biaya investasi yang diperlukan untuk merancang gas handling system di terminal penerima LNG dan di SPBG serta biaya route cost yang diperlukan untuk distribusi LNG dari terminal LNG ke SPBG adalah sebesar US 29.001.485. Pola transportasi diperoleh hasil yaitu diperlukan 6 truk LNG yang diperlukan untuk distribusi LNG dari terminal penerima LNG ke SPBG.


ABSTRACT

In Bali island there were 1765372 of motor vehicle with region area about 5.636.660 km2. That makes emission in Bali island is so high thus the use of gas fuel in the future must be more effective. Its estimated at the year 2012 gas demands for Java-Bali is about 328 MMSCFD this makes Bali island needs supply LNG to fullfill those demand. Cluster LNG as the new technology of LNG containment is suitable for being implemented in Bali island for its effectiveness. The concept of Cluster LNG will be effective for use at close distance because the natural gas supply for Bali came from Pagerungan. The government will soon build 5 Fuel Gas Filling Station SPBG in Bali island. In this study not only discusses the design of gas handling system at the LNG receiving terminal and at the SPBG but also solving the transportation problem for the distribution system in Bali. Gas Handling System in the LNG receiving terminal and the SPBG using the concept of Cluster LNG. Transportation patterns are designed based on the Vehicle Routing Problem VRP methods with the objective the problem is to find optimal routes to minimize the cost of the route. Optimal route can be either single route or multiple route. Constraints in determining the optimal route is the capacity of LNG trucks and delivery time limit. Total cost of investment needed to design a gas handling system at LNG receiving and at SPBG with the route cost required for distribution of LNG from the LNG terminal to SPBG is U.S. 29001485. The results that obtained from transportation patterns to distribute LNG from LNG receiving terminal to SPBG are 6 trucks.
