ABSTRAK

Telah dilakukan karakterisasi panel absorber dan pengamatan terhadap tingkat kebisingan di dalam kabin masinis pada lokomotif CC201 dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui nilai parameter akustik panel dan untuk mengidentifikasi kebisingan di dalam kabin masinis. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan beberapa variasi kondisi lokomotif meliputi nyala mesin pergerakan kereta kondisi sarana insulasi ruang sistem transmisi mesin dan pengaruh pemasangan panel absorber. Panel yang digunakan pada penelitian dikarakterisasi meliputi nilai koefisien absorbsi bahan reduksi bising selisih tingkat tekanan bunyi rugi sisipan dan nilai rugi transmisi. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kebisingan di dalam kabin masinis dipengaruhi oleh nyala mesin kereta api yang dapat menyebabkan peningkatan tingkat kebisingan yang berbeda pada masing-masing frekuensi berkisar antara 194 hingga 35 dBA. Pergerakan kereta api menyebabkan peningkatan tingkat kebisingan 13 hingga 85 dBA yang dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan kereta api. Jendela dan pintu kabin sebagai sarana insulasi ruang dapat mereduksi tingkat kebisingan antara 63 hingga 144 dBA apabila keduanya dalam kondisi tertutup. Tingkat kebisingan didalam kabin masinis sebanding dengan sistem transmisi mesin. Pemasangan panel absorber yang dibuat pada penelitian ini dapat mereduksi tingkat kebisingan sebesar 01 38 dBA.


ABSTRACT

The observation has been executed on the noise level inside the trains driver cabin of locomotive CC201 to identify the noise level inside a locomotive cabin along with the factors affecting it. The observation was done with several locomotive condition variations including running engine train movement room facility insulation engine transmission system and effect of the panel absorber installation. The panel for the experiment was first characterized to find certain panel acoustic perimetre including material absorbtion coeffecient noise reduction sound pressure level difference insertion loss and transmission loss. The observation result showed an increasing of noise levels in each frequency ranging from 19.4 to 35 dBA caused by running engine. Train movement caused the increase of noise level from 1.3 to 8.5 dBA which was affected by the train velocity. Windows and cabin doors acted as room insulation facility can reduce the noise level ranging from 6.3 to 14.4 dBA if both were closed. The noise level inside the trains driver cabin was proportionate to the engine transmission system with the highest value at eighth grade. Panel Absorber Installation was able to reduct the noise between 0.1 to 3.8 dBA.
