ABSTRAK

Wilayah Nangroe Aceh Darussalam merupakan wilayah bagian dari pulau Sumatera yang sering terjadi gempabumi dan pernah terjadi tsunami yang cukup besar. Banyaknya aktifitas gempabumi di wilayah ini salah satunya diakibatkan zona sesar segmen Aceh. Sebagai upaya mitigasi bencana alam diperlukan studi kegempaan di wilayah tersebut melalui dua pendekatan antara lain relokasi hiposenter dengan double difference dan citra tomografi dengan local earthquake tomography. Hasil relokasi dengan menggunakan metode double difference mampu memberikan koordinat episenter yang lebih akurat. Nilai fixed depth pada hiposenter juga telah terelokasi dengan baik. Hasil citra tomografi menampilkan struktur bawah permukaan wilayah Aceh sehingga dapat dianalisa bagianbagian yang merupakan daerah sesar segmen aceh berdasarkan distribusi anomali Vp Vs dan VpVs ratio. Hasil korelasi antara relokasi episenter dengan citra tomografi menunjukkan bahwa episenter berkumpul pada tiga lokasi dua diantaranya terjadi pada daerah sesar segmen Aceh dan lainnya berada pada daerah lemah yang terpengaruhi oleh aktivitas vulkanis


ABSTRACT

NAD region is a region part of the island of Sumatra frequent earthquakes and tsunamis ever big enough. The number of earthquake activity in the region one of which resulted fault zone Aceh segment. In an effort to mitigate natural disasters the necessary studies on the seismicity of the region through two approaches among others by double difference hypocenter relocation and tomographic images with local earthquake tomography. Results relocation by using double-difference method is able to provide more accurate coordinates of the epicenter. Value fixed at the hypocenter depth has also been relocated as well. Results tomographic image showing subsurface structure of Aceh so that they can be analyzed parts which are the areas of fault segments based distribution anomaly Aceh Vp Vs and Vp Vs ratio. The correlation between the relocation of the epicenter of the tomographic images showed that the epicenter gathered at three locations two of which occurred in the area of the fault segment of Aceh and others are on the weak areas affected by volcanic activity
