DETEKSI KECACATAN PADA PRODUKSI PELURU MENGGUNAKAN METODE LINE DETECTION

ABSTRAK

Proses seleksi kecacatan hasil produk dalam proses produksi merupakan hal yang penting karena menyangkut kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Satu-satunya perusahaan di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang militer adalah PT. Pindad di mana salah satu produk yang dihasilkan adalah peluru. Proses seleksi visual produk peluru saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan penglihatan manusia. Seleksi visual adalah seleksi untuk mendeteksi adanya kecacatan pada peluru. Pada tugas akhir ini penulis menerapkan salah satu metode yang terdapat pada pengolahan citra digital yaitu metode line detection untuk membantu proses seleksi kecacatan produksi peluru. Pertama penulis melakukan akuisisi citra pada peluru sehingga didapatkan peluru dalam bentuk citra digital. Kedua dilakukan preprocessing citra yaitu berupa cropping increase gammagrayscaling resize dan penapisan yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses selanjutnya. Berdasarkan uji coba yang telah dilakukan tapis high pass adalah tapis yang paling baik daripada tapis yang lain sehingga tapis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah tapis high pass. Ketiga diterapkan metode line detection pada citra dan dicari selisih jumlah piksel putih antara citra acuan dan citra uji serta dihitung prosentasenya sehingga bisa didapatkan kesimpulan apakah peluru tersebut cacat atau tidak. Dari 18 citra cacat yang terbagi atas 9 citra cacat tipe I mudah dilihat secara kasat mata dan 9 citra cacat tipe II sulit dilihat secara kasat mata didapatkan sebanyak 8 citra yang terdeteksi cacat pada citra cacat tipe I dan 5 citra yang terdeteksi cacat pada citra cacat tipe II. Proses pengolahan data menggunakan software Matlab.


ABSTRACT

Defect product selection in the production process is important because it concerns the quality of product. The only company in Indonesia enggaged in the military field is PT. Pindad where one of the products produced is bullet. Visual bullet selection process is still done manually using human vision. Visual selection is the selection to detect any defect in the bullets. In this final projectthe aothor apply one of the methods contained in digital image processing line detection method to assist the selection process of bullet product defect. First the author does image aquisition on bullet so that be having bullet form of digital image. Second image pre-proceesing are done they are cropping increase of gamma grayscaling resize and filtering which are purposed to ease the next process. Based on the trial that have been done high pass filter is the best filter among the others so filter that used in this final project is high pass filter. Third line detection method is applied to image and find the difference number of white pixel between reference image and test image and calculated the percentage so the conclusions can be obtained wheter the bullet is defective or not. From 18 defect image that devided into 9 defect images type Ieasily seen by naked eye and 9 defect images type IIhard seen by naked eye 8 images of defect image type I are detected defective and 5 images of defect image type II are detected defective. Data processing use Matlab software.
