ABSTRAK
Produksi tanaman Cabai Rawit Capsicum frutescens
pada setahun terakhir mengalami penurunan akibat terjadinya
gagal panen hal ini dapat ditanggulangi dengan memanfaatkan
mikoriza sebagai biofertilizer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui jenis MVA yang terdapat pada sampel tanah Desa
Poteran dan mengetahui pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman cabai
rawit biomassa setelah diinokulasikan dengan mikoriza dari
lahan Desa Poteran. Identifikasi dilakukan hingga tingkat genus
sedangkan parameter pertumbuhan yang diukur adalah biomassa
dan persen infeksi akar sebagai data penunjang.
Hasil dari identifikasi mikoriza Desa Poteran ditemukan
tiga genus spora yaitu genus Glomus Acaulospora dan
Gigaspora. Hasil uji pertumbuhan menunjukkan bahwa
pemberian mikoriza dari lahan Desa Poteran berpengaruh
terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai rawit dengan p-value
01. Sehingga menurut hasil uji tukey menunjukkan bahwa
pengaruh pemberian mikoriza dengan dosis 50 75 dan 100g
menunjukkan hasil yang sama dengan pemberian mikofer sebagai
kontrol positif dan menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda dengan
pemberian mikoriza 25g dan perlakuan kontrol negatif.
ABSTRACT
Production of Capsicum frutescens in the last year has been decreased due to crop failure it can be prevented by using mycorrhizae as biofertilizer. This research aims to determine the type of MVA that contained in soil samples Poteran village and also to knowing the cayenne pepper vegetative growth biomass after inoculated with mycorrhizae of Poteran Village island. The identification up to the genus level while the growth parameters that being measured are the root biomass and percent infection as supporting data.
The results of the identification of Poteran Village mycorrhizae found the three spores genera that is genus Glomus Acaulospora and Gigaspora. The results indicate that administration of mycorrhizal of Poteran Village soil growth effect on Capsicum frutescens growth with p-value 0.1. So according to Tukey test results indicate that the effect of mycorrhizal with 50 75 doses and 100g showed similar results by administering mikofer control positif and showed different results with administering of 25g mycorrhizae and negative control treatment.
