ABSTRAK

Model Regresi Cox Multivariat Weibull model RCMW adalah model regresi Cox multivariat dengan fungsi hazard Weibull multivariat sebagai baseline hazard. Disertasi ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan estimator parameter model RCMW bentuk statistik uji distribusi statistik uji dan memodelkan grade failure times GFT pasien Demam Berdarah Dengue DBD di Rumah Sakit Umum RSU haji Surabaya dengan menggunakan model RCMW dan survival multivariat. Metode estimasi yang digunakan untuk melakukan estimasi parameter model RCMW di sini adalah maximum likelihood estimation MLE bersyarat yaitu metode MLE dengan diberikan fungsi Partial Likelihood Multivariat PLM. Bentuk statistik uji dikonstruksi berdasarkan fungsi PLM dengan pendekatan metode Partial likelihood ratio test Wald test dan Score test. Distribusi asimtotik ketiga statistik uji tersebut diturunkan berdasarkan konsep konvergensi dalam distribusi. Proses pembentukan model RCMW dan model survival multivariat dilakukan dengan memperhatikan data GFT dengan prediktor umur hemoglobin leukosit hematokrit dan trombosit pasien DBD di RSU haji Surabaya yang diperoleh secara random melalui rekam medis pada tahun 2012. Proses estimasi parameter model RCMW memberikan hasil teoritis berbentuk macro program MAPLE dengan output nilai estimator parameter. Pola distribusi asimtotik yang dihasilkan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga statistik uji yang diperoleh berdistribusi chi square dengan derajat bebas sama dengan jumlah parameter restricted yang ditetapkan pada hipotesis null. Perhitungan numerik pada ketiga statistik uji ini memperlihatkan adanya perbedaan nilai hitung yang relatif kecil. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan ketiga statistik uji tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap GFT pasien DBD di RSU haji Surabaya adalah leukosit hematokrit dan trombosit dengan proporsi keragaman log hazard yang dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga faktor yang signifikan tersebut sebesar 91 64.


ABSTRACT

A Multivariate Cox-Weibull Regression MCWR model is a multivariate Cox regression with multivariate weibull hazard function as the Coxs baseline hazard. The purpose of this dissertation is to and out parameter estimators of the MCWR model formulas of three test statistics asymptotic distributions of the three test statistics and to model grade failure times GFT within patients whose suffering Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever DHF at Surabaya Hajj General Hospital SHGH by using the MCWR and the multivariate survival model. Here the estimation method to estimate parameter of the MCWR model is a conditional Maximum Likelihood Estimation MLE that is the MLE method given Multivariate Partial Likelihood MPL function. The three test statistics are constructed based on the MPL with Partial likelihood ratio test Wald test and Score test approach. The asymptotic distribution of the three test statistics are derived based on the convergence in distribution concepts. Both models MCWR and multivariate survival are formed by considering the GFT data with ages hemoglobin leukocyte hematocrit and thrombocyte within DHFs patients at SHGH as regressor variables that collected randomly through medical record by year 2012. The parameter estimation process of MCWR model yields the theoretical outcomes in the form of macro program for MAPLE. The asymptotic distribution of the three test statistics show that they have approximately chi square distributions with degree of freedom equal to the number of restriction parameters imposed by the null hypothesis. The numerical computation outcomes admit relatively small diferent values among the three test statistics. The hypothesis testing based on such test statistics concluded that the significant in uence factors of the GFT for patients whose sufering DHF at the SHGH are leukocyte hematocrit and thrombocyte with the proportion of the total variability in the log hazard that can be accounted for by the three significant effect of the regressor variables as large value as 91 64.
