ABSTRAK

Salah satu langkah efektif yang dapat dikembangkan dalam sistem pertanian yang produktif dan berkelanjutan adalah pemanfaatan pupuk hayati. Pada penelitian Nurhidayati 2013 dihasilkan pupuk hayati dari isolat bakteri penambat nitrogen bakteri pelarut fosfat dan mikoriza yang telah diaplikasikan pada beberapa tanaman dengan media tanam tanah asal isolat. Untuk membuat pupuk hayati yang bisa diaplikasikan lebih luas perlu dilakukan uji multilokasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sawi hijau Brassica rapa var. parachinensis Kata kunci pupuk hayati mikoriza Bacillus sp. Azotobacter sp. L. sebagai tumbuhan percobaan. Parameter yang diamati adalah pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap RAL pola faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah komposisi pupuk hayati sedangkan faktor kedua adalah lokasi. Data hasil pengamatan pertumbuhan sawi akan diuji dengan ANOVA two way. Apabila terdapat perbedaan nyata maka dilanjutkan dengan Uji Tukey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi perlakuan komposisi pupuk hayati dan lokasi pengambilan tanah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tinggi tanaman luas daun dan berat kering tanaman tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah daun dan panjang akar tanaman sawi hijau.


ABSTRACT

One of the effective measures that can be developed in a system that is productive and sustainable agriculture is the utilization of biological fertilizers. Research conducted by Nurhidayati 2013 resulting biological fertilizer produced from nitrogen-fixing bacteria isolates phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and mycorrhizae that has been applied to several plants with isolates from soil planting medium. To create a biological fertilizer that can be applied more widely multilocation test need to be conducted. This study used Brassica rapa var. parachinensis L. as experimental object. The parameter that measured is vegetative growth of plant. This study used completely randomized design factorial. Biological fertilizer composition and location are variables that used in this study. Data were analyzed using ANOVA two way then continued Tukey test when there is significant influece. The results in this study shoed that interaction between biological fertilizer composition and location has significant influence to plant height leaf width and dry weight but it has no significant influence to
