ABSTRAK

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hanya sekitar 10-16 dari energi bahan bakar pada engine digunakan untuk menggerakkan kendaraan sedangkan sisanya terbuang dalam bentuk energi panas gesekan dan getaran. Pengembangan teknologi pemulihan energi terbuang pada kendaraan menjadi isu yang sangat penting. Pada tesis ini dikembangkan prototipe Regenerative Shock Absorber RSA sistem hidrolik yang berfungsi untuk memulihkan energi getaran yang terbuang pada sistem suspensi kendaraan. Mengubah energi yang hilang menjadi energi listrik. Dan mengetahui karakteristik dari prototipe sistem hidrolik. Prototipe RSA diuji dengan mesin ADFT automatic damping force testing di KYB. Yang pertama Prototipe RSA ini diuji dengan memvariasikan beban listrik untuk mendapatkan grafik Gaya F Kecepatan v grafik Gaya F posisi s dan nilai koefisien redaman. Yang kedua Prototipe RSA diuji dengan mesin test Rig di laboratorium Sistem Dinamis dan Vibrasi ITS dengan memvariasikan massa untuk mendapatkan nilai redaman pada 08. Selain itu juga memvariasikan kecepatan mulai 005-02 ms untuk mendapatkan hubungan respon massa unsprung. Dari pengujian didapatkan nilai redaman RSA sebesar 379662 N.ms. Pengujian RSA dengan input impuls menghasilkan tegangan root mean square RMS sebesar 16104 voltuntuk frekuensi kerja 10416 Hz 01187 volt f0934 Hz dan 01032 volt f08196 Hz. Dan pengujian RSA dengan input harmonik menghasilkan tegangan RMS sebesar 01064 volt f10416 Hz 00258 volt f0934 Hz dan 00323 f08196 Hz.


ABSTRACT

In several research showing that only 10-16 of engines fuel energy used to move vehicle and the rest energy wasted into heat friction and vibration. The development of wasted energy recovery in vehicle becomes very important rumors. This thesis is studying about development of Regenerative Shock Absorber RSA in hydraulic system for recovering wasted vibration energy at vehicle suspension. Converting wasted energy into electricity. And recognizing the characteristic of hydraulic RSA system RSA prototype will be tested at ADFT Automatic Damping Force Testing in KYB. Firstly the RSA tested with various electrical load to obtain Force F velocity v graphic. Force F position s graphic and damping coefficient. Secondly the RSA will be tested at Test Rig machine in Vibration and Dynamic System Laboratory-ITS. The experiment will conducted with variation of mass and setting damping coefficient about 08. And also the experiment is varying the velocity from 005 to 02 ms for obtaining the response of unsprung mass. Then the obtained damping coefficient is 379662 N.ms. RSA with impulse input testing resulting root mean square RMS voltage 16104 volt work frequency 10416 Hz 01187 volt f0934 Hz dan 01032 volt f08196 Hz. And harmonic input testing resulting RMS voltage 01064 volt f10416 Hz 00258 volt f0934 Hz dan 00323 f08196 Hz.
