ABSTRAK

Transmisi multiguna adalah sistem transmisi yang ditambahkan dan dipasang setelah transmisi manual. Fungsi utamanya adalah untuk menyalurkan daya dari engine dan memberikan perubahan rasio untuk menyesuaikan dengan kondisi kerja atau mode operasi. Transmisi multiguna memiliki fungsi tambahan berupa fasilitas pengalihan daya untuk memproses hasil pertanian. Pada tugas akhir ini membahas tentang Perancangan transmisi multiguna meliputi perancangan Planetary gear set dan mekanisme pemindah kondisi kerja. Perancangan juga didukung dengan analisa kekuatan roda gigi dengan menggunakan metoda AGMA 2001-D04 dengan service factor 1.3 sampai 1.6. Perancangan dilakukan dengan memperhatikan aspek fungsional dan persyaratan desain. Selanjutnya perancangan diarahkan untuk membuat sebuah mekanisme yang menjadi model transmisi multiguna. Cara kerja mekanisme transmisi multiguna dapat diamati dengan simulasi gerak pada software solidwork. Dari perancangan ini didapatkan model transmisi multiguna sesuai dengan persyaratan desain. Model Tranmisi multiguna terdiri dari sistem Planetary gear set untuk pengalih daya dan sincromize untuk perubahan rasio pada kondisi kerja. Model transmisi mampu menyalurkan daya 18 kW Torsi 49 N.m pada putaran maksimal 3000 rpm. Didapatkan rancangan detail engineering drawing sebagai acuan untuk proses masining.


ABSTRACT

Multipurpose transmission is added transmission system that installed after a manual transmission. Its main function is to transmit power from the engines and give change ratio to adjust the working conditions or the operating mode. The transmission has an additional function of multipurpose facilities to splitting of power for processing agricultural output. In this thesis discusses the design of transmission of Planetary gear design includes a multipurpose set of movers working conditions and mechanisms. The design is also supported by the analysis of the strength of gears by using the method of AGMA 2001-D04 with service factor 1.3 to 1.6. The design is done with attention to the aspects of functional and design requirements. Next the design is directed to create a mechanism that became a model for Multipurpose transmission.The workings of the transmission mechanism can be observed with a multi-purpose simulation of motion on solidwork software. From the design of this transmission model multipurpose obtained in accordance with the requirements of the design. Tranmisi multipurpose Model consists of a system of Planetary gear sets for power and sincromize switcher to change the ratio of the working conditions. Transmission Model is able to channel the power of 18 kW torque of 50 N. m maximum 3000 rpm on the round. Detail engineering design of drawing derived as a reference to the process of masining.
