PERENCANAAN MEKANISME DAN ANALISA STRUKTUR PADA MESIN POWER HAMMER UNTUK PANDAI BESI

ABSTRAK

Dalam Usaha Kecil Menengah UKM kerajinan Keris masih menggunakan alat yang sederhana dan cara manual untuk membentuk pamor keris. Salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produksi Kerajinan keris adalah membuat mesin power hammer. Mesin penempa logam yang akan dirancang ini lebih sederhana dengan gaya hasil tempa lebih besar dan konstan sehingga diperlukan perhitungan gaya tumbukan perhitungan tegangan pada pegas analisa struktur dan perhitungan diameter poros agar mesin dapat berjalan dengan baik dan aman Dari hasil perhitungan dan analisa didapatkan datadata berikut besar gaya tumbukan sebesar 19577 N dari perhitungan tegangan maksimum terjadi pada struktur bagian 2 adalah 2980 Nmm2 dan dari hasil simulasi besar tegangan maksimum sebesar 2867 mm2 selisih perhitungan manual dan hasil simulasi sebesar 379 sehingga tegangan yang terjadi lebih kecil dari yield strength material. Tegangan yang terjadi pada pegas sebesar 767 Nmm2 besar defleksi pegas yaitu 73mm besar diameter minimal poros adalah 206 cm sedangkan dari perencanaan dimensi diameter poros sebesar 35 cm maka poros dinyatakan aman.


ABSTRACT

The voltage that occurs in the spring of 76.7 Nmm2 large deflection of the spring is 7.3 mm the minimum diameter of the shaft is a large 1.25 cm while the diameter of the shaft of the planning dimension of 3.5 cm then the shaft declared safe.
