ABSTRAK

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat otomatis seiring juga dengan meningkatnya para pengguna yang terhubung pada jaringan internet. Berawal dari sebuah single server yang selalu mendapatkan request dari banyak user perlahan tapi pasti akan terjadi overload dan crash sehingga berdampak pada request yang tidak dapat dilayani oleh single server. Desain arsitektur cluster dapat dibangun dengan menggunakan konsep network load balancing yang memungkinkan proses pengolahan data di share ke dalam beberapa komputer salah satu caranya menggunakan teknologi linux virtual server via NAT. Dalam linux virtual server terdapat beberapa algoritma penjadwalan yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja sistem LVS. Performansi masing-masing algoritma penjadwalan tersebut dapat diamati dengan menekankan pada parameter yang diuji yaitu throughput response time reply connection dan error connection sehingga didapatkan algoritma penjadwalan terbaik dalam rangka optimalisasi cluster server LMS dan IPTV. Da l am p r os e s l o ad b a l a n c in g mampu men gu r a n gi b e b an k e r j a s e t i ap server sehingga t i d a k a da server yang overload sehingga memungkinkan server untuk menggunakan bandwidth yang tersedia secara lebih efektif dan menyediakan akses yang cepat ke web browser yang dihosting. Implementasi webserver cluster dengan skema load balancing dapat memberikan alvalaibilitas sistem yang tetap terjaga dan skalabilitas yang cukup untuk dapat tetap melayani setiap request dari pengguna.


ABSTRACT

The rapid development of information technology as well as increased auto users are connected to the Internet network. Starting from a single server that is always getting requests from many users slowly but surely going to happen overload and crash which impacted on the request that can not be served by a single server. Cluster architecture design can be constructed by using the concept of network load balancing which allows processing data into multiple computers share one way to use technology virtual linux server via NAT. In a virtual linux server there are several scheduling algorithms that can affect system performance LVS. The performance of each scheduling algorithm can be observed with an emphasis on the tested parameters namely throughput response time reply connection and connection error to obtain the best scheduling algorithm in order to optimize cluster LMS server and IPTV. In the process of load balancing can reduce the workload of each server so that no server overload allowing the server to use the available bandwidth more effectively and provides quick access to a hosted web browser. Implementation webserver cluster with load balancing schemes can provide alvalaibilitas system is maintained and scalable enough to be able to keep serving each request of the user.
