ABSTRAK

Generator induksi penguatan sendiri sangat sensitif terhadap perubahan nilai pembebanan. oleh sebab itu diperlukan adanya sebuah sistem kontrol untuk mengatur tegangan dan frekuensi keluaran generator induksi tersebut. Pada tugas akhir ini dirancang sistem kontrol yang terdiri dari voltage source inverter VSI dan electronic load controller ELC. Rangkaian VSI berfungsi mengatur daya reaktif pada sistem dan juga berperan sebagai governor elektrik yang menjaga frekuensi keluaran generator bernilai 50 Hz. Sedangkan ELC berfungsi sebagai dump load untuk menjaga generator induksi selalu pada kondisi pembebanan penuh sehingga tegangan pada sisi DC VSI dapat dijaga konstan. Dari hasil simulasi ditunjukkan bahwa ketika pembebanan konstan terdapat error sebesar 4 dari nilai RMS V_LL. Pada saat penambahan pembebanan terjadi fluktuatif tegangan selama 03 detik dan nilai error yang awalnya 4 berubah menjadi 34 setelah terjadi penambahan pembebanan. Pada saat pengurangan pembebanan terjadi fluktuatif tegangan selama 035 detik dan nilai error yang awalnya 34 berubah menjadi 4 setelah terjadi pengurangan pembebanan.


ABSTRACT

Self-excited induction generator is very sensitive against the change in load value. Thus a system control which regulates the voltage and frequency output on the generator is needed. In this final paper a control system with voltage source inverter VSI and electronic load controller ELC is designed. The VSI circuit functions in regulating the reactive power of the system and also as a electric governor which keeps the frequency output on the value of 50 Hz. On the other hand ELC functions as a dump load to keep the induction generator always on the full load condition and therefore the voltage on the DC VSI side can be held constant. Results from the simulation show that when the load is constant there is a 4 error from the RMS V_LL Value. In the event of addition in voltage there is a fluctuating of voltage for 0.3 second and the initial 4 error value became 3.4 after the addition of load. In the event of load reduction there is a fluctuating of voltage for 0.35 and the initial 3.4 error value became 4 after the decrease in load.
