ABSTRAK

Motor listrik yang banyak digunakan di industri adalah motor induksi. Pengaturan kecepatan motor induksi relatif sulit karena torsi dan fluks yang dihasilkan saling berkaitan atau tidak bebas. Selain itu untuk mengatur kecepatannya memerlukan inverter terkendali. Jika motor induksi diberikan torsi beban yang bervariasi maka kecepatannya juga berubah. Oleh karena itu diperlukan kontroler yang dapat merespon perubahan torsi beban sehingga dapat menjaga kecepatannya tetap konstan. Untuk memisahkan variabel fluks dan torsi yang terikat menggunakan teknik pengaturan vektor yaitu dengan memodelkan motor induksi dalam referensi sumbu putar atau dalam model d-q. Untuk mengatur kecepatan motor induksi menggunakan inverter dengan switching SVPWM karena memiliki distorsi harmonik yang rendah. Variasi perubahan beban diatasi menggunakan kontroler fuzzy PI hybrid. Perancangan sistem yang telah dibuat dapat bekerja pada frekuensi 10Hz sampai 60Hz. Pengujian dilakukan dengan memberikan torsi beban antara 5Nm sampai 20Nm dan menghasilkan kesalahan keadaan tunak di bawah 5rpm pada frekuensi 50Hz.


ABSTRACT

Induction motors are widely used in industry. The speed control is relatively difficult because the resulting torque and flux are related. In addition to adjusting the speed require inverter control. If it has given varies load torque speed change. Therefore the required controller that can respond to changes in load torque so it can maintain constant speed. One of method induction motor speed control is vector control. In order to an induction motor is easy to control as a separated DC motor then the Induction motor is modelled in reference axis of rotation d-q models. The vector control is used a type of inverter Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation SVPWM then to cope changes in the load torque so as not to affect speed use of fuzzy PI hybrid controller. The system design can work at a frequency 10Hz to 60Hz. It was tested by giving the torque load between 5 Nm to 20Nm. It was result steady state error under 5rpm at a frequency of 50Hz
