RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PENYEMPROT HAMA OTOMATIS BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLLER

ABSTRAK

Tanaman hortikultura begitu penting karena memiliki prospek yang baik agar tanaman dapat tumbuh dengan baik maka proses perawatan tanaman salah satunya adalah penyemprotan pestisida. Di Indonesia penyemprotan pestisida masih menggunakan dengan alat penyemprot secara manual hal ini dapat menyebabkan petani menguras tenaga untuk menyemprot hama. Dari sinilah timbul dari penulis untuk membuat alat penyemprot hama secara otomatis. Dengan cara kerja menekan tombol Push Button agar dapat menekan dan mensetting waktu sesuai lamanya proses penyiraman. Proses ini juga menampilkan waktu pada LCD sehingga dapat memudahkan petani mengetahui waktu yang ditampilkan Sistem penyemprot ini dirancang dengan menggerakkan motor DC untuk berputar kekanan dan ke kiri dan pada bagian pompa di jalankan oleh driver relay untuk mengaktifkan pompa. Driver motor dan driver relay ini dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroler sebagai pengolah data. Hal ini dapat memberikan dorongan dengan sistem penyemprotan hama secara otomatis dengan pewaktuan menggunakan RTC Real Time Clock. Alat ini dapat bekerja di area yang tidak terlalu luas seperti tanaman dalam rumah kaca dan area lingkup yang tidak terlalu luas karena alat ini memiliki batas kemampuan untuk bekerja di lapangan dimana alat ini hanya bekerja di skala lapangan tertentu karena alat ini tidak dapat menjangkau area yang terlalu luas disebabkan mekanik yang kurang mendukung untuk skala besar.


ABSTRACT

Horticultural crops is so important because it has a good prospect that the plant can grow well then one of the treatment plants is spraying pesticides. In Indonesia spraying pesticides still use the atomizer manually it can cause debilitating farmers to spray pests. From this arises from the author to make the atomizer automatically pests. By way of pressing work in order to press the Push Button and setting the appropriate length of time watering process. This process also displays the time on the LCD so as to facilitate the farmers to know the time displayed spraying system is designed to drive a DC motor to spin to the right and to the left and at the pump is run by a relay driver to activate the pump. Motor drivers and relay drivers is controlled by a microcontroller as a data processor. It could give a boost to the greenhouse watering systems automatically with timing using RTC Real Time Clock. This tool can work in an area that is not too broad like the plants in the greenhouse and scope of the area that is not too broad because these tools has a limited ability to work in the field where the tool only works in a certain field scale because it can not reach the area is too broad due to the lack of mechanical support for large-scale.
