REKONFIGURASI PENYULANG AKIBAT KONTINGENSI PADA JARINGAN DISTRIBUSI DENGAN METODE BINARY INTEGER PROGRAMMING

PEEDER RECONFIGURATION FOR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM CONTINGENCIES BY BINARY INTEGER PROGRAMMING

ABSTRAK

Berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di bidang komunikasi dan otomasi mendorong pengembangan sistem yang konvensional ke sistem yang otomatis. Dengan adanya suatu sistem yang terotomasi atau DASDistribution Automation System masalah yang terjadi pada jaringan distribusi dapat cepat teratasi. Masalah kontingensi dapat diatasi dengan bentuk konfigurasi jaringan yang tepat. Rekonfigurasi penyulang dilakukan dengan cara merubah status ONOFF dari tie switch dan sectional switch. Dengan mengubah status switch kita mendapatkan suatu konfigurasi jaringan yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalah kontingensi yang terjadi. Dengan menggunakan metode Binary Integer Programming BIP kita mendapatkan konfigurasi jaringan yang paling optimal dari semua kombinasi yang feasible.Berdasarkan hasil analisa dari penerapan DAS dan BIP sebagai metode optimasi Pada kasus 2 kondisi pertama terpilih kombinasi ke-3 yaitu SS2 OFF SS11 OFF TS1 ONdan TS2 ON sehingga tegangan pada penyulang Kaliasin mengalami peningkatan 189 setelah rekonfigurasi. Pada kasus 2 kondisi kedua terpilih kombinasi ke-1 yaitu SS2 OFF dan TS1 ON sehingga tegangan pada penyulang Kaliasin mengalami peningkatan 384 setelah rekonfigurasi. Pada kasus 3 terpilih kombinasi ke-3 yaitu SS3 OFF SS4 OFF TS3 ON dan TS4 ON sehingga masalah hilangnya daya pada penyulang Ometraco dapat teratasi. Pada kasus 4 terpilih kombinasi ke-3 yaitu SS10 OFF SS11 0FF dan TS2 ON sehingga masalah adanya gangguan pada penyulang Tegalsari dapat teratasi.


ABSTRACT

Development of science and technology in communication and automation system can encourage the development of conventional system to automatic system. With a distribution automation system a problem that occurs in the distribution system can be quickly resolved. Contingencies can be resolved with appropriate network configuration. Feeder reconfiguration can be done by changing the ONOFF status of tie switch and sectional switch. By changing the status of switch we get a proper new network configuration to resolve the contingencies problem. By using Binary Integer ProgrammingBIP we get a optimal network configuration for all feasible combination. Based on analysis result from applying DAS and BIP for optimization method in case 2 condition 1 selected the third combination. The switching operation is SS2 OFF SS11 OFF TS1 ONand TS2 ON so that voltage on the Kaliasin feeder 1.89 increase after reconfiguration. In case 2 condition 1 selected first combination. The switching operation is SS2 OFF and TS1 ON so that voltage on the Kaliasin feeder 3.84 increase after reconfiguration. In case 3 selected third combination. The switching operation is SS3 OFF SS4 OFF TS3 ON dan TS4 ON so that loss of energy in Ometraco feeder is done. In case 4 selected third combination. The switching operation is SS10 OFF SS11 0FF dan TS2 ON so that fault in Tegalsari feeder is done.
