ABSTRAK

Perkembangan sistem jaringan listrik membuat semakin banyak jumlah bus pada jaringan distribusi. Untuk membuat sistem jaringan listrik dapat dimonitoring secara keseluruhan maka diperlukan penempatan sensor pengukuran pada setiap bus. Namun harga sensor yang tinggi menyebabkan investasi yang besar sehingga diperlukan metode state estimation untuk memonitoring semua kondisi tegangan bus tetapi menggunakan jumlah sensor yang minimum. Weighted least square WLS state estimation merupakan metode untuk menentukan tegangan pada suatu bus tanpa sensor berdasarkan nilai tegangan bus lain pada suatu sistem yang sama. Pada state estimation tidak semua bus bisa dihilangkan sensornya sehingga diperlukan metode untuk menentukan optimal penempatan sensor. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan optimal penempatan sensor yaitu particle swarm optimization. Optimal diartikan penempatan minimum sensor tetapi nilai estimasi tegangan masih cukup akurat. Luaran dari metode ini adalah posisi penempatan sensor terbaik dengan jumlah sensor minimum dan nilai error estimasi tegangan dengan tegangan load flow. Dari hasil simulasi PSO pada empat penyulang jaringan distibusi di Surabaya didapatkan penempatan sensor dapat direduksi sekitar 34.5 hingga 55 dibandingkan secara try and error sensor dapat direduksi sekitar 33.3 hingga 45. dari jumlah sensor total yang dibutuhkan penyulang. Error tegangan rata-rata yang didapatkan dari penempatan optimal sensor PSO didapatkan antara 0.0081785 hingga 0.26906 dari nilai tegangan load flow. Dari hasil simulasi dapat disimpulkan metode PSO mampu mendapatkan penempatan optimum sensor dengan jumlah sensor paling minimum tetapi estimasi tegangan masih cukup akurat.


ABSTRACT

The development of electricity network system resulted a large number of buses in the distribution network . To make electricity system can be monitored will require the placement of sensor measurements at each bus . But the high cost of sensor cause high investment so that the state estimation methods are needed to monitor all bus voltage conditions by using the minimum number of sensors . Weighted least squares WLS state estimation is a method for determining the voltage on a bus without sensor based on the value of another bus on the same system . In state estimation not all buses can be eliminated so the sensor is required to determine the optimal method of sensor placement . The method used to determine the optimal placement of sensors is particle swarm optimization . optimal defined by the minimum placement of sensor but the voltage estimation still accurate. Outcome of this method is the best sensor placement position with a minimum number of sensors and the estimated value of the error voltage to the voltage load flow . From the simulation results on four feeders PSO food distribution network in Surabaya obtained sensor placements can be reduced approximately 34.5 to 55 compared by using try and error sensors that can be reduced to approximately 33.3 to 45 . of the total number of sensors needed feeders . Error average voltage obtained from the optimal placement of sensors PSO obtained between 0.0081785 and 0.26906 of the value of the voltage load flow . From the simulation results we can conclude the PSO method is able to obtain the optimum placement of sensors with the minimum number of sensors but still fairly accurate estimate of the voltage .
