ABSTRAK

Permasalahan mengenai kualitas daya pada suatu jaringan distribusi memiliki keterkaitan hubungan dengan perkembangan peralatan pada sisi konsumen. Hal ini yang menyebabkan pula timbulnya ketidakseimbangan pada sistem dan munculnya gangguan harmonisa. Penyebaran harmonisa dalam suatu sistem distribusi tenaga listrik dapat menimbulkan rugi-rugi dalam penyaluran energi listrik. Salah satu penyebab munculnya distorsi harmonisa dalam sistem distribusi adalah beban nonlinier. Di sisi lain masalah ketidakseimbangan dapat dikarenakan pembagian beban yang tidak seimbang antar fasanya. Dengan adanya masalah kualitas daya dan akibat yang ditimbulkan maka pada tugas akhir ini akan dibahas mengenai penentuan kualitas daya pada suatu sistem distribus radial yaitu dengan menggunakan metode harmonic load flow 3 fasa. Dimana pada metode dapat digunakan untuk perhitungan harmonisa yang muncul di tiap bus. Selain itu dalam beberapa kondisi yaitu dengan menambahkan beban pada masing-masing fasa dapat meningkatkan persentase ketidakseimbangan dan besar THD Total Harmonic Distortion. Dari hasil pengujian sistem distribusi 8 dan 20 bus tiga fasa tak seimbang didapatkan nilai unbalance masing-masing sebesar 07 dan 159. Nilai tersebut merupakan nilai pada bus yang mengalami pembebanan terbesar. Setelah diuji pada case-case yang digunakan terjadi peningkatan unbalance yaitu 302 pada sistem distribusi 8 bus dan 537 pada sistem distribusi 20 bus.


ABSTRACT

The problems regarding power quality in a distribution network has an inter-relationship with the development of equipment on the consumer side. This was also the emergence of unbalanced in distribution systems and also harmonic distortion . The spread of harmonics in a power distribution system can arise losses in the distribution of electrical energy.One of the cause the appearing of harmonic distortion in the distribution system is a nonlinear load. On the other hand the problem can be due to an imbalance of unequal burden sharing between the phase and impedance systems are not samaatau unbalanced power supply. With the power quality problems and the impact then the final project will be discussed on the determination of the quality of power at a radial distribus system is by using the 3 phase harmonic load flow. Where the method can be used for calculation of harmonics that appear in each bus. In addition in some conditions namely by adding the load on each phase can increase the percentage of large imbalances and THD Total Harmonic Distortion. From the test results of 8 and 20 bus distribution systems unbalanced three- phase obtained the unbalance value respectively by 0.7 and 1.59 . This value is the value on the bus which had the largest loading. After being tested on a cases used the unbalance is increased 3.02 on 8 bus distribution system and 5.37 on the 20 bus distribution system.
