PENGUKURAN PERUBAHAN SUHU PADA PHANTOM JARINGAN TUBUH AKIBAT SHORT WAVE DIATHERMY

TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT IN SELT FABRICATED SOLID TISSUE PHANTOM AS A RESULT OF SHORT WAVE DIATHERMY

ABSTRAK

Short wave diathermy yang menggunakan sistem pemanasan dalam deep heating dapat memanaskan jaringan tubuh pada kedalaman 1 cm sampai 3 cm tanpa terjadinya efek panas yang berlebihan over heating pada struktur jaringan kulit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola pemanasan dengan mengukur suhu pada kedalaman sensor phantom jaringan tubuh yang berbeda. Penelitian ini juga menentukan korelasi antara lamanya waktu penyinaran short wave diathermy dengan peningkatan suhu yang terjadi pada simulasi phantom jaringan tubuh Pada pengambilan suhu phantom digunakan sensor suhu tipe LM35 dengan resolusi 10mvC. Sensor dipasang pada 4 buah titik vertikal dengan jarak antar sensor sebesar 2 cm. Kalibrasi sensor suhu dilakukan terhadap empat buah sensor dengan rentang suhu antara 20C sampai 50C. Short wave diathermy mempunyai spesifikasi daya output 200W konsumsi daya 600VA dan panjang gelombang 2712 MHz. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 tahap. Tahap pertama adalah proses pengambilan data empat sensor suhu yang dimasukkan ke dalam phantom jaringan tubuh. Jarak antar sensor suhu 2 cm. Phantom jaringan tubuh dipapar dengan short wave diathermy dengan durasi waktu 1 jam dan diambil datanya tiap 5 menit. Tahap kedua adalah analisis dan validasi data data suhu untuk tiap tiap sensor di analisis untuk mendapatkan kaitan antara jarak sensor suhu 2 cm dengan hasil suhu yang didapat. Tahap ketiga adalah tahap untuk mendapatkan nilai korelasi antara empat buah sensor suhu yang diletakkan pada jarak 2 cm didalam phantom jaringan dengan durasi waktu penyinaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat buah sensor pada kedalaman yang berbeda memberikan nilai tengah sebesar 3787oC. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jika jarak sensor digeser 2cm dengan kedalaman tetap maka nilai tengah suhu tidak berubah hal ini menunjukkan data sensor valid. Sensor T1 pada kedalaman 1 cm mempunyai nilai suhu sebesar 37063oC dengan koefisien korelasi 093 Sensor T2 pada kedalaman 15 cm mempunyai nilai suhu 37073oC dengan koefisien korelasi 093. Sensor T3 pada kedalaman 2 cm mempunyai nilai suhu 37090oC dengan koefisien korelasi 0925 dan sensor T4 pada kedalaman 25 cm mempunyai variabel suhu 37107oC dengan koefisien korelasi 091 terhadap waktu penyinaran.


ABSTRACT

Short wave diathermy used in the deep heating system can heat body tissue at a depth of 1 cm to 3 cm without the effects of excessive heat over heating on the structure of the skin tissue. The purpose of this study was to determine the warming pattern by measuring the temperature at a depth sensor phantom in a different body tissues. The study also determined the correlation between the length of time exposure short wave diathermy with an increase in temperature that occurs in the body tissue simulating phantoms. Phantom temperature used LM35 temperature sensor with a resolution of 10mvC. Sensors mounted on the 4 dots in the vertical distance at 2 cm between the sensor. Temperature sensor calibration performed on four sensors with a temperature range between 20C to 50C. Short wave diathermy has 200W of output power specifications power consumption 600VA and 27.12 MHz wavelength. This study consisted of 3 phases. The first stage is the process of collecting data four temperature sensors are inserted into the body tissue phantom. The distance 2 cm between the temperature sensor. Phantom body tissues exposed to short wave diathermy with duration of 1 hour and the data taken every 5 minutes. The second phase is the analysis and validation of data temperature data for each sensor in the analysis to obtain a link between the distance of 2 cm with a temperature sensor temperature results obtained. The third stage to get the value of the correlation between the four temperature sensors were placed at a distance of 2 cm in the phantom network with duration of exposure. The results showed four sensors at different depths gives the midpoint of 3787oC. The analysis shows that if the distance sensor with a 2 cm depth shifted the midpoint temperature remains unchanged indicating a valid sensor data. Sensors T1 at a depth of 1 cm has a temperature value by 37063oC with a correlation coefficient of 0.93 T2 sensor at a depth of 1.5 cm having temperature value 37073oC with a correlation coefficient of 0.93. T3 sensor at a depth of 2 cm has a value of 37090oC temperature with a correlation coefficient 0.925 and T4 sensor at a depth of 2.5 cm has a variable temperature 37107oC with a correlation coefficient of 0.91 against the irradiation time.
