ABSTRAK

Transportasi laut merupakan salah satu transportasi utama di Indonesia. Perkembangan arus kapal dan barang yang semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun tanpa ditunjang fasilitas sarana prasarana maupun pelayanan yang baik akan menyebabkan masalah lalu lintas pelayaran yang berakibat pada panjangnya antrian di pelabuhan. Pola kedatangan dan pola pelayanan bagi kapal tambat yang kurang efektif dan efisien menjadikan masalah antrian menjadi sulit untuk dipecahkan.Sistem pelayanan penambatan kapal pada Dermaga Jamrud Utara masih dilakukan secara manual dengan melakukan meeting setiap harinya untuk menentukan posisi kapal tambat. Dengan merancang sistem manajemen penjadwalan kapal tambat yang disimulasikan dari data kapal yang keluar maupun kapal yang masuk akan membantu proses pelayanan bagi pihak pengelola dan pengguna jasa.Algoritma pencarian berurut sequential searching digunakan untuk mencari dan menelusuri data kedatangan kapal dengan meminimalkan total waktu pelayanan kapal dalam waktu yang singkat.Dari hasil simulasi didapatkan bahwa proses penambatan kapal dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dengan memastikan lama pelayanan kapal sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditentukan. Untuk skenario pertama didapat hasil optimasi sebesar 70.69 untuk kapal yang memiliki GRT terkecil dan 72.76 untuk kapal dengan GRT terbesar. Untuk skenario ke-2 didapatkan hasil optimasi 70.69 untuk kapal dengan GRT terkecil dan 68.47 untuk kapal dengan GRT terbesar


ABSTRACT

Sea transportation is one of the main transportation in Indonesia. The flow of the ships and goods is increasing from year to year. If those increase is not supported by proper infrastructure and facilities and also good services those would cause traffic problems on the voyage that resulted in queue problems in the port. The uneffective and unefficient of arrival and service pattern for berthing vessels make the queue problems becomes more difficult to be solved.Ship berthing services system on North Jamrud berth is still done manually by helding meeting every day to determine the berthing position. Designing a scheduling management system of ship berthing by simulating the ship schedule will help the service process for port management and agent.Sequential searching algorithm is used to search and collect the ship arrival data by minimizing the total service time of the ships.The simulation showed that the berthing process of ships can be done quickly by ensuring that the service time of the ships is in accordance with the standard operation procedure. The first scenario optimization results is 70.69 for ship that have a smallest GRT and 72.76 for the bigest GRT . The second scenario optimization results is 70.69 for the smallest ship and 68.47 for the biggest ship.
