ABSTRAK

Steam Drum merupakan bagian penting dalam proses pembangkit energi listrik di PLTU. Dalam steam drum level air dijaga pada kondisi NWL Normally Water Level agar menghasilkan fluida cair yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pengendalian level menggunakan metode tuning PID Zigler Nichols pada steam drum untuk meminimalkan kerusakan pada perusahaan dengan cara memodelkan terlebih dahulu kemudian melakukan uji performansi dan uji set point. Untuk mendapatkan parameter tuning PID dilakukan uji open loop yang nantinya akan mendaptkan nilai Kc 964I 964D dari masingmasing controller. Untuk nilai Kc 964I 964D dari LIC-100 PID sebesar 0.194601581 70 17.5 dan untuk PI nilai Kc dan 964I sebesar 0.145951186 dan 116.6666667. Dari nilai parameter tuning akan dilakukan uji set point dan performansi. Adapun nilai uji set point yang didapatkan sebesar 55.4219 untuk 5 60.8433 untuk 10 dan 66.2617 untuk 15. Sedangkan untuk nilai penurunannya sebesar 44.5869 untuk -5 39.1637 untuk -10 dan 33.7467 untuk -15. Terlihat bahwa untuk uji kenaikan semakin besar kenaikannya maka semakin besar pula nilai persentasenya. Begitu pula dengan penurunan yang semakin kecil nilai penurunannya maka semakin kecil nilai persentasenya. Untuk uji performansi didapatkan nilai IAE terbesar berada pada cascade 15 sebesar 43058.04 dan untuk tanpa cascade didapatkan nilai IAE sebesar 70384.02. Selain itu juga didapatkan nilai max. overshoot terbesar berada pada cascade 5 sebesar 8.438 dan untuk tanpa cascade didapatkan nilai max. overshoot sebesar 18.558 pada 15.


ABSTRACT

Steam Drum is an important part in the process of generation of electrical energy in PLTU. In the steam drum water level maintained at NWL conditions Normally Water Level in order to produce a quality liquid fluid. Therefore we need a level control using PID tuning method Ziegler Nichols on the steam drum to minimize damage to the company by way of modeling first then do a performance test and set point test. To get the tuning PID parameters conducted open loop test which will get the value of Kc 964I 964D of each controller. For the value of Kc 964I 964D of LIC-100 PID by 0.194601581 70 17.5 and PI values for Kc and 964I by 0.145951186 and 116.6666667. Of the value of tuning parameters will be conducted test set point and performance. The test set point value obtained by 55.4219 to 5 60.8433 to 10 and 66.2617 to 15. As for the value decline of 44.5869 on -5 39.1637 on - 10 and 33.7467 on -15. Showed that to test the increase the greater the increase the greater the percentage value. Similarly the smaller the decline value the smaller the percentage value. To test the performance of the largest IAE values obtained are in cascade 15 at 43058.04 and without cascade for IAE values obtained at 70384.02. It also obtained the value of max. largest overshoot is in the cascade 5 at 8438 and for the max value obtained without cascade. overshoot of 18 558 at 15.
