ABSTRAK

Corporate Social Responsibility CSR dianggap sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab sosial yang dilakukan atas dasar peraturan pemerintah dan undang-undang yang telah ditetapkan. Pelaksanaan CSR saat ini lebih mengarah pada kegiatan yang bersifat amal dengan tujuan semata-mata membangun reputasi perusahaan. Sedangkan tidak semua kegiatan CSR mampu memberikan nilai tambah pada strategi perusahaan dan mampu berjalan selaras dengan keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan. Agar kegiatan CSR yang dilaksanakan bisa menjadi efektif dan mampu memiliki manfaat strategis bagi perusahaan perumusan aktivitas strategis CSR perlu dilakukan dengan menyelaraskan keunggulan kompetitif yang dimiliki perusahaan dengan mempertimbangkan keberadaan rantai pasok pemasok dan konsumen sebab dengan adanya aktivitas CSR yang efektif dan sejalan dengan strategi perusahaan maka perusahaan akan mendapatkan manfaat strategis untuk keberlanjutan perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bermaksud menawarkan sebuah perancangan aktivitas CSR yang mampu memberikan manfaat strategis bagi perusahaan dan manfaat sosial bagi masyarakat. Keunikan penelitian ini adalah metode integrasi yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi aktivitas perusahaan dampak dan strategi CSR dengan menggabungkan konsep rantai nilai dalam proses identifikasi aktivitas dan dampak House of Quality HOQ untuk mencari aktivitas yang mampu mewakili kepentingan bisnis dan sosial dan Analytic Network Process ANP digunakan untuk mencari aktivitas strategis yang lebih mampu memberikan nilai bagi perusahaan serta memperhitungkan peluang kegagalan program dengan menghitung Risk Priority Number RPN untuk masing-masing aktivitas terpilih. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi CSR berbeda dari sudut pandang bisnis dan sosial namun aktivitas yang diterjemahkan mampu mewakili kedua sisi strategi CSR tersebut. Aktivitas hasil analisis adalah program inovasi IPAL Pengadaan Sistem Air Bersih Training Green Concept untuk supplier terkait kualitas bahan baku dan pengembangannya Program daur ulang air pembuangan pabrik dan komersil serta pembentukan komunitas agen dan distributor hingga konsultasi sistem sanitary. Aktivitas pendukung strategi CSR yang memiliki risiko kegagalan tertinggi adalah Inovasi IPAL Program Daur Ulang Air dan Pembangunan Sanitasi. Sedangkan aktivitas dengan risiko kegagalan paling rendah adalah program konsultasi sistem sanitary.


ABSTRACT

Corporate Social Responsibility CSR is considered as a form of social responsibility that is executed based on the government regulations and laws. Corporate Social Responsibility is now more directed as charity activities to build the companys reputation. Actually not all of the CSR activities contributed towards the companys strategy and walk in harmony with the companys competitive advantage. To reach an effective CSR activity that able to have a strategic benefit to the company the formulation activities of strategic CSR needs to be aligned with the companys competitive advantage by considering the existence of the supply chain suppliers and consumers. With the existence of an effective CSR activity that in line with the strategy company the company will gain a strategic advantage for the companys sustainability. Therefore this study offers a CSR activity design that can provide strategic benefits for companies and social benefits for the community. The uniqueness of this study is about the integration between the method used to identify the companys activities and the impact of CSR strategies by combining the value chain concept in the identification process and impact activities. House of Quality HOQ is used to find the activity that is able to represent the interests of business and social and Analytic Network Process ANP is also used to find strategic activities to provide value for the company and estimate the program failure probability by calculating the Risk Priority Number RPN on each selected activities. The result of this study shows that CSR strategies is different depends on the business and social point of views however the activities represent the both sides of the CSR strategy. Activities result based on analysis are Agent and Distributor Buyer Community Customer Service Centre Periodic Consumer Research Sanitation Development Programme Green Supply Chain Regular Consultation of Sanitary System and R D program. Consumer research and R D is an activity with the smallest risk of failure and Sanitation Development Activities is an activity with the highest probability of failure.
