ABSTRAK
Kebijakan penentuan keputusan pengiriman merupakan hal yang sangat
penting dalam distribusi produk. Trigger penentuan keputusan pengiriman menjadi hal yang utama dan harus dapat menggambarkan kondisi kebutuhan riil. Information visibility antar elemen supply chain diperlukan agar penentuan demand dengan dasar informasi stock criticality dapat berjalan baik. Dengan menggunakan trigger pengiriman yang berbasis stock criticality dapat ditentukan dengan tepat konsumen
yang membutuhkan pasokan. Selain trigger pengiriman proses distribusi tidak dapat lepas dari penjadwalan pengiriman. Pada penjadwalan pengiriman harus diperhatikan jarak dan adanya ketidak pastian selama proses pengirimn baik yang terjadi di pabrik perjalanan maupun di lokasi konsumen. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pemodelan simulasi untuk kondisi kebijakan eksisting pada studi kasus pengiriman
semen zak. Kemudian akan dilakukan pemodelan simulasi perbaikan dengan
mempertimbangkan stock criticality dari tiap distributor yang dilayani untuk
meningkatkan pemenuhan permintaan. Selain itu juga akan diterapkan penjadwalan dengan menerapkan segmentasi waktu kirim dengan kluster pengiriman jarak dekat menengah dan jauh untuk mengurangi waktu siklus pengiriman dan meningkatkan
produktivitas truk. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan pengurangan waktu siklus sebesar 10 jam atau sekitar 16 dari rata-rata waktu siklus. Waktu siklus yang berkurang juga menyebabkan perputaran truk lebih cepat sehingga produktivitas truk meningkat dan jumlah truk yang diperlukan berkurang.
ABSTRACT
Shipping policy decision making is very important in the distribution of products. Trigger delivery becomes the main thing and should be able to describe the condition of the real needs. Information visibility across the supply chain elements required in order to determine demand with basic stock information criticality can run
well. in addition the distribution cant be separated from the delivery scheduling. In the delivery scheduling distance and uncertainty during the shipping process must be considered whether this occurs at factory traveling or at the location of the
consumer. In this study simulation modeling will be done for the condition of the existing policy on a case study sack cement delivery. Then the simulation modeling improvements will be done by considering the criticality of each distributor stock which served to increase the demand fulfillment. In addition the scheduling will be
implemented by applying cluster segmentation delivery time by sending a short distance intermediate and far to reduce cycle times and improve truck productivity. From the results of this research the reduction of cycle time by 10 hours or about 16 of the average cycle time. Cycle time reduction also causes more rapid turnover truck so the truck increased productivity and reduced the number of trucks required.
