ABSTRAK
Sektor Migas di Indonesia terus tumbuh seiring dengan tingginya tingkat
konsumsi energi di Indonesia. Proses produksi kegiatan eksplorasi dan produksi migas menimbulkan potensi dampak lingkungan yang menjadi masalah
masyarakat di Indonesia. Saka Indonesia Pangkah Ltd SIPL merupakan perusahaan yang melakukan kegiatan dalam bidang eksplorasi dan produksi minyak dan gas. Kegiatan tersebut memiliki potensi untuk menghasilkan dampak lingkungan diantaranya limbah padat cair gas maupun B3. Adanya potensi dampak lingkungan yang dihasilkan SIPL membutuhkan pengukuran kinerja
lingkungan perusahaan untuk memperbaiki Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan SML yang diimplementasikan dalam ISO 14000. Untuk itu dilakukan perancangan pengukuran kinerja lingkungan berdasarkan metode Integrated
Environment Performance Measurement System IEPMS. Prioritas indikator
lingkungan yaitu Key to Environmantal Performance Indicator KEPI ditentukan
dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dari dampak lingkungan merancang indikator
lingkungan serta mengukur dan memonitor kinerja lingkungan perusahaan.
Identifikasi awal potensi dampak lingkungan menggunakan kriteria BAPEDAL.
Penilaian kinerja lingkungan KEPI menggunakan metode Objective Matrix
OMAX dan Traffic Light System. KEPI dengan kriteria kuantitatif dan kualitatif dirancang berdasarkan IEPMS kemudian dibobotkan dengan metode AHP.
Penilaian kinerja lingkungan KEPI menggunakan Scoring System metode
Objective Matrix OMAX dan Traffic Light System. Hasilnya didapatkan 60
KEPI kuantitatif dan 14 KEPI kualitatif dengan pencapaian skor 607030 yaitu
kategori kuning. Pada KEPI merah diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk
diperbaiki dan diawasi sehingga perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kinerja
lingkungan perusahaan menjadi kategori hijau.
ABSTRACT
Indonesian oil and gas sector are very demanding industries due to increasing domestic energy consumption. The exploration and production of this
sector would provides an environmental impacts for surrounding people which is
in turn to reduce the quality of life. Saka Indonesia Ujung Pangkah SIPL is one tentially as pollution for the environment due to discharging of solid waste liquid waste gases and hazardous material from its exploration and production activity. In order to implement of ISO 14000 the environmental performances of this company should be measurable. To do so
environmental measurement system is implemented based on Integrated
Environment Performance System IEPMS then Analytical Hierarchy Process
AHP is utilized for prioritizing the importance of Key to Environmental
Performance Indicator KEPI that are designed as representative of environment performance. This research identifiy the potential of environmental impact design
environmental indicators and also measure and monitor companys environmental performance. Initial identification of potential environmental impacts using
BAPEDAL criteria. Qualitative and quantitative criteria in IEPMS method
designed to be KEPI. KEPI then weighted by using AHP. Environment performance of this company measure using Scoring system Objective Matrix OMAX and Traffic Light System. As the result this research provide 60 quantitative KEPI and 14 qualitative KEPI with 607030 as achievement score which is categorized as yellow. When found that the KEPI is red the company could improve them by proposing an alternatives solutions so this category of KEPI to become green.
