PROBABILITAS PENGGUNA MODA PADA SISWA SMA DI KOTA PALU

MODE USAGE PROBABILITY AT STUDENTS OF HIGH SCHOOL IN PALU CITY

ABSTRAK

Penggunaan kendaraan pribadi saat ini tidak dapat dihindari dan telah menjadi prioritas demikian pula yang terjadi di Kota Palu. Siswa SMA di Kota Palu cenderung menggunakan sepeda motor kondisi ini dapat mengakibatkan tingginya tingkat kecelakaan di jalan raya yang melibatkan siswa tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola penggunaan moda di kalangan siswa SMA di Kota Palu. Penggunaan moda pada siswa SMA di Kota Palu terdiri dari yaitu sepeda motor mobil pribadi dan angkutan umum. Hasil uji Independensi menunjukkan faktor sosial ekonomi yang merupakan variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan moda ke sekolah. Adapun hasil tabulasi data memperlihatkan penggunaan moda transporasi oleh siswa adalah 56 sepeda motor 7 mobil pribadi dan 37 angkutan umum. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian regresi logistik multinomial secara individu yang menghasilkan faktor jenis kelamin dan faktor waktu yang berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan moda pada siswa SMA di Kota Palu Kemudian dilakukan pengujian regresi logistik multinomial secara serentak yang menghasilkan model logit sebagai berikut g1x -1721 2192 X51 5265 X53 2345X72 dan g2x -3505 - 18093 X51 2883X72 Berdasarkan persamaan diatas faktor yang berpengaruh yaitu X5 faktor jumlah anggota keluarga dan X7 faktor tingkat kepuasan sehingga menghasilkan nilai probabilitas yakni siswa yang menggunakan sepeda motor adalah 0827 siswa yang menggunakan mobil pribadi adalah 0972 dan siswa yang menggunakan angkutan umum adalah 0158. Model yang dihasilkan memiliki ketepatan klasifikasi 852. Ketepatan klasifikasi yang besar dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya variabel bebas yang mewakili untuk memodelkan pola penggunaan moda pada siswa SMA di Kota Palu atau dengan kata lain model yang digunakan telah sesuai


ABSTRACT

Current use of private vehicles is inevitable and has become a priority as is happening in the city of Palu. High school students in the city of Palu tend to use a motorcycle. This condition can lead to high rates of road accidents involving students. This study aims to determine the mode of usage patterns among highschool students in the city of Palu. The uses of modes in the high-school students were in the city of Palu namely motorcycles private cars and public transport. The independence test results indicated that socioeconomic factors were the independent variables influence the use of modes to school. The tabulated results showed the use of modes of data transports by students was 56 of motorcycles 7 of private cars and 37 of public transport. Further testing of individual multinomial logistic regression that produced the sex factor and time factors that influenced the use of modes in the high-school students in the city of Palu. Then conducted multinomial logistic regression testing simultaneously resulting logit model as follows g1 x -1.721 2.192 X5 1 5.265 X5 3 2.345 X7 2 and g2 x -3.505 - 18.093 X5 1 2.883 X7 2 Based on the above equation were an influential factor X5 factor of family size and X7 satisfaction factors resulting in the probability that student who used motorcycles was 0.827 the student who exercised a personal car was 0.972 and students who application ed public transport was 0.158. The resulting model had a classification accuracy of 85.2. Classification accuracy was greatly influenced by the number of independent variables that represented the usage patterns for modeling the modes at high-school students in the city of Palu or in other words the model used was appropriate.
