PASTA GEOPOLIMER RINGAN BERBAHAN DASAR LUMPUR SIDOARJO BAKAR DAN FLY ASH PERBANDINGAN 13 DENGAN PENGEMBANG FOAM

FIBROUS LIGHTWEIGHT GEOPOLYMER PASTE WITH BASED CALCINED SIDOARJO MUD AND ALY ASH WITH 13 RATIO USED FOAM AS A FOAMING AGENT

ABSTRAK

Beton geopolimer adalah beton yang sama sekali tidak menggunakan semen sebagai material pengikat fly ash dan lumpur bakar adalah beberapa material alternatif sebagai bahan pengikat dalam beton geopolimer dan sebagai aktifatornya digunakan sodium hidroksida NaOH dan sodium silikat Na2SO3 Davidovits 1994. Beton geopolimer mulai diperkenalkan sebagai beton ramah lingkungan sebagai solusi beton inovasi untuk mengurangi emisi CO2 akibat penggunaan semen portland. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan 3 percobaan percobaan pertama adalah untuk mencari kadar optimum pasta geopolimer yang ditambah zat additive yang digunakan dalam campuran dengan perbandingan lusi dan fly ash 1 3 dan Na2SiO3NaOH 25 dengan molaritas 14 M. Percobaan kedua untuk mencari kadar optimum dari pasta geopolimer ringan yang ditambahkan foam pada campurannya. Percobaan ketiga dilakukan untuk mencari kadar optimum dari pasta geopolimer ringan berserat yang ditambahkan serat alami pada campurannya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan pasta geopolimer mencapai kuat tekan optimum 6347 MPa dan berat volume 1931 kgm3 pada umur 14 hari dengan perawatan steam selama 3 jam. Pasta geopolimer ringan optimum mempunyai kuat tekan 285 MPa dan berat volume 738 kgm3 pada umur 21 hari dengan perawatan steam selama 6 jam. Pasta geopolimer ringan berserat memiliki kuat tekan sebesar 496 MPa dan berat volume 923 kgm3. Dari analisa tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa lumpur Sidoarjo terkalsinasi fly ash foam dan penambahan serat alami bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai campuran pasta geopolimer ringan berserat.


ABSTRACT

Geopolymer concrete is concrete which not use portland cement as fixing-agent fly ash and calcined mud is some alternative material as a subtitue for portland cement and used sodium hidroksida NaOH dan sodium silikat Na2SO3 as an activator Davidovits 1994. Geopolymer concrete begin to introduced as a green concrete as a solution to reduce CO2 emition from portland cement uses. In this research were made three experimentthe first experiment is to find the optimum value from geopolimer paste which use additive in the mixture paste with ratio of sidoarjo mud and fly ash 1 3 and Na2SiO3NaOH 25 with molarity 14 M. The second is to find the optimum value from lightweight geopolymer paste which use foam in the mixture. The third is to find the optimum value from fibrous lightweight geopolymer paste which use nature fiber in the mixture. The test result refer that the geopolymer paste has 6347 MPa of optimum compressive strength and volume weight 1931 kgm3 at age 14 day with 3 hours steam curing. The lightweight geopolymer paste has 285 MPa of optimum compressive strength and volume weight 738 kgm3 at age 21 day with 6 hours steam curing. The fibrous lightweight geopolymer paste has 496 MPa of optimum compressive strength and volume weight 923 kgm3. From the analysis can we get conclusion that calcinated sidoarjo mud fly ash foam and nature fiber can uses as a mixture for fibrous lightweight geopolymer paste.
