EFFECT OF OPENING OF ROAD SEGMENT WAMENA-KARUBAGA-MULIA OF PAVEMENT IN TRAFFIC AND ROAD IN THE CITY OF ARTERY WAMENA

ABSTRAK

Kabupaten Wamena Karubaga dan Mulia merupakan wilayah strategis di Propinsi Papua yang mempunyai potensi sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia yang perlu dikembangkan secara terpadu dan didukung oelh tersedianya pelayanan infrastruktur transportasi. Pembangunan jalan ruas Wamena-Karubaga-Mulia diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pergerakan orang maupun barang sehingga akan meingkatkan makro perekonomian kota Wamena pada khususnya pada penelitian ini akan ditinjau mengenai dampak pembangunan jalan ruas Wamena-Karubaga-Mulia terhadap kinerja lalu lintas dan perkerasan jalan arteri di Kota Wamena. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghitung kinerja jalan arteri di Kota Wamena pada saat sekarang dibandingkan dengan sebelum dibangun jalan ruas Wamena-Karubaga-Mulia menghitung volume lalu lintas yang diakibatkan oleh dibukanya jalan ruas Wamena-Karubaga-Mulia Menghitung dampak pengaruh terhadap lalu lintas akibat dibukanya jalan ruas Wamena-Karubaga-Mulia menghitung berkurangnya umur jalan akibat dibukanya jalan ruas Wamena-Karubaga-Mulia. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah diharapkan dapat memberikan suatu pertimbangan dalam menentukan kebijakan penataan jaringan jalan kota Wamena dan memberikan pertimbangan dalam penelitian lanjutan bagi para peneliti yang ingin membahas masalah yang berkaitan dengan topik ini. Sumber data diperoleh dari survey matrik asal tujuan yang nantinya akan dihitung matrik asal tujuan setelah dibukanya jalan ruas Wamena-Karubaga-Mulia. Pengurangan umur perkerasan dihitung dengan EAL. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Matrik Asal Tujuan dan EAL.


ABSTRACT

Regency of Wamena Karubaga and Mulia is a strategic area in the province of Papua which has the potential of natural resources and human resources that need to be developed in an integrated and supported services enumerated by the availability of transport infrastructure. Construction of the road segment Wamena-Karubaga-Mulia is expected to increase the movement of people and goods so it will boost the town of Wamena in the macro economy especially in this research will be reviewed on the effects of road building segment Wamena-Karubaga-Mulia on pavement performance and road traffic artery in the city of Wamena. The purpose of this study is to calculate the performance of arterial roads in the town of Wamena in the present compared to the prior-constructed road segment Wamena-Karubaga-Mulia calculate the volume of traffic caused by the opening of the road segment Wamena-Karubaga-Mulia Calculating the impact on traffic due to the influence of the opening road segment Wamena-Karubaga-Mulia calculate the reduced life of roads due to the opening of the road segment Wamena-Karubaga-Mulia. Source data obtained from the matrix origin destination survey which will be calculated origin destination matrix after the opening of the road segment Wamena-Karubaga-Mulia. Reduction of pavement life is calculated by EAL. The method used in this study is the Origin Destination Matrix and EAL. Research results are there differences in the amount of traffic volume before and after the opening of the road segment Wamena-Karubaga-Mulia the amount of traffic volume and more and more impact on pavement life reduction due to the opening of the road segment segment Wamena-Karubaga-Mulia. Through calculation the volume of the traffic obtained before and after the open road segment of Mulia Karubaga difference there is on the road pike for the purposes of Mulia- Karubaga there is a difference of 132 truck. as well as other roads. As for the total Zone of Origin and Destination Zone Mulia-Karubaga obtained a value of 130.63 EAL Vehicles.
