ABSTRAK

Tugas akhir ini membandingkan perencanaan struktur ruko rumah toko beton bertulang tahan gempa dengan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah SRPMM dan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus SRPMK. Ruko diasumsikan berada di zona gempa sedang zona 4 dan tinggi zona 6. Sehingga dapat digunakan pula untuk zona gempa dibawahnya yaitu zona 3 dan 5. Perhitungan beban berdasarkan PPIUG 1983. Sedangkan pembebanan gempa berdasarkan SNI 03-1726-2000. Beban gempa bekerja pada struktur dengan analisa static ekuivalen. Pada SRPMK menggunakan nilai R 85 sedangkan untuk SRPMM nilai R 55. Struktur ruko dianalisa menggunakan frame 3 dimensi dengan software SAP 2000 versi 14.2.2. Tiang pancang dimodelkan secara 3D pada SAP dengan kedalaman sampai fixity point. Peraturan yang digunakan untuk merancang struktur ruko baik bangunan atas maupun bawah menggunakan SNI 03-2847-2002. Dari analisa dan perhitungan SRPMM dan SRPMK yang telah dikerjakan maka diperoleh perbedaan hasil penulangan sebagai berikut Pada SRPMM terdapat 3 tipe balok induk 30 x 50 dan 2 tipe balok induk 30 x 40. Sedangkan pada SRPMK terdapat 3 tipe balok 30 x 50 dan 4 tipe balok 30 x 40. Balok induk tipe 1 mempunyai jumlah tulangan puntir yang berbeda dimana SRPMM 2D19 sedangkan SRPMK 2D19. Jarak sengkangnya juga berbeda berikut balok induk tipe 123 pada tumpuan dan lapangan. SRPMM 10-70 10-150 10-80 10-120 10-80 10-120. SRPMK 10-60 10-120 10-60 10-120 10-60 10-120. Balok kantilever horizontal mempunyai jarak sengkang pada lapangan yang berbeda dimana SRPMM 12-70 sedangkan SRPMK 12-120. Kolom SRPMM dan SRPMK mempunyai jarak sengkang pada gesernya berbeda dimana SRPMM 12-150 sedangkan SRPMK 12-100. Secara umum SRPMM jumlah tulangan lebih banyak dibandingkan SRPMK. Hal ini disebabkan gaya gempa pada SRPMM lebih besar dari SRPMK.


ABSTRACT

In the final project authors compared planning of earthquake resistant reinforced concrete shop by using intermediate moment resisting frame system SRPMM and special moment resisting frame system SRPMK . These structures were assumed placed in area of medium earthquake Zone 4 and area of high structure earthquake Zone 6 so these structures can also be used in zone 3 and zone 5. Load calculation based on PPIUG 1983 while earthquake loading are calculated based on SNI 03-1726-2000. Earthquake loads on structure working with static analysis. the structure were analyzed by using three dimension frame with SAP 2000 version 14.2.2. Design regulation based on SNI 03-2847-2002. From the analysis and calculation SRPMK SRPMM and has worked on the obtained difference in the reinforcement as follows In SRPMM there are three types of beam 30 x 50 and two types of beam 30 x 40. While on SRPMK there are three types of blocks 30 x 50 and four types of blocks 30 x 40. Beam type 1 have a different amount of torsional reinforcement where SRPMM 2D19 2D19 SRPMK while. Sengkang distanced were also different the following beam types 123 on the pedestal and the ground. SRPMM O10-70 O10-150 O10-80 O10-120 O10-80 O10-120. SRPMK O10-60 O10-120 O10-60 O10-120 O10-60 O10-120. The cantilever beam has a horizontal cross bar spacing on a different field where SRPMM 12-70 while SRPMK 12-120. SRPMK SRPMM column and cross bar on a sliding distance has a different where SRPMM 12-150 whereas SRPMK 12-100. SRPMM In general the amount of reinforcement more than SRPMK. This is due to the earthquake force is greater than SRPMK SRPMM.
