PERHITUNGAN ULANG STRUKTUR GEDUNG KANTOR PT. TEGUH KARYA UTAMA DENGAN METODE SISTEM RANGKA PEMIKUL MOMEN MENENGAH SRPMM

ABSTRAK

Gedung Kantor PT. Teguh Karya Utama berada di Jalan Wisma Pagesangan Surabaya. Pada dasarnya kantor PT. Teguh Karya Utama terletak pada wilayah gempa 2 sehingga dapat direncanakan menggunakan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Biasa. Tetapi dalam perhitungan tugas akhir ini direncanakan menggunakan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah yang dapat menahan gaya gempa pada wilayah gempa 1 sampai dengan wilayah gempa 4. Pada sistem ini beban lateral dipikul rangka pemikul momen terutama melalui mekanisme lentur. Struktur bangunan atas gedung ini terdiri dari struktur utama dan sekunder. Struktur utama terdiri dari kolom balok dan dinding geser dari beton bertulang sedangkan struktur sekundernya adalah pelat berbahan beton bertulang. Untuk struktur bangunan bagian bawah memakai sloof dan poer dari beton bertulang dan menggunakan pondasi tiang pancang pra-cetak. Dalam analisis perhitungannya digunakan frame 3 dimensi. Untuk perhitunngan beban gempa rencana menggunakan metode analisis statik ekuivalen.


ABSTRACT

Teguh Karya Utama Company building located at Jalan Wisma Pagesangan Surabaya. Basically the Teguh Karya Utama Company work lies firmly in the earthquake zone 2 so it can be planned using the Ordinary Moment Resisting Frame System bearer. But in the calculation of this thesis is planned to use the method bearers Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame System IMRFS that can withstand earthquake forces in the earthquake zone 1 up to the earthquake zone 4. In this system lateral load frame bearers carried mainly through the mechanism of bending moments. The building structure consists of primary and secondary structures. The main structure consists of columns beams and shear walls of reinforced concrete while the secondary structure is made of reinforced concrete slab. To the bottom of the building structure using sloof and poer of reinforced concrete pile foundation and using pre-printed. Calculations used in the analysis of three-dimensional frame. To earthquake loads plans using static analysis methods are equivalent.
