ABSTRAK

Gedung SMP Pegirian Surabaya terletak di Jalan PegirianSidodadi Surabaya yang terdiri dari 3 lantai. Gedung ini dihitung menggunakan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah SRPMM agar kuat dan mampu menahan beban yang terjadi pada zona gempa 3. Pada sistem ini beban lateral dipikul rangka pemikul momen terutama melalui mekanisme lentur. Pada perhitungan gempa menggunakan analisis statik ekivalen. Peraturan yang digunakan adalah standar desain yang berlaku di Indonesia yaitu SNI 03-2847-2002 SNI 03-1726-2003 PPIUG 1983 dan SNI 1729-2002. Sedangkan program SAP 2000 dipakai untuk menganalisa struktur perhitungan gaya-gaya dalam yang terjadi pada struktur gedung. Struktur primer pada gedung terdiri atas balok dan kolom. Untuk komponen sekundernya terdiri atas pelat lantai dan pelat tangga. Komponen struktur primer dan sekunder menggunakan struktur beton bertulang. Sedangkan pada struktur atap menggunakan struktur rangka baja rangka kaku. Hasil perhitungan preliminary design untuk struktur beton adalah sebagai berikut balok induk 30 cm x 50 cm balok anak 20 cm x 30 cm ringbalk 15 cm x 20 cm kolom1 45 cm x 45 cm kolom2 30 cm x 30 cm pelat lantai 12 cm dan pelat tangga 12 cm. Sedangkan untuk perhitungan struktur baja adalah sebagai berikut rangka kuda-kuda WF 200.150.6.9 gording Channal 125.65.6.8 kolom pendek WF 200.150.6.9 ikatan angin 16 mm dan penggantung gording 16 mm.


ABSTRACT

School building located on Jalan Surabaya Pegirian Pegirian Sidodadi Surabaya which consists of 3 floors. This building is calculated using the method of moments bearer Medium Frame System SRPMM to be strong and able to withstand the loads that occur in an earthquake zone 3. In this system lateral load frame bearers carried mainly through the mechanism of bending moments. In the calculation of the earthquake using the equivalent static analysis. Rules used are applicable design standards in Indonesia that is SNI 03-2847-2002 SNI 03-1726-2003 PPIUG 1983 and SNI 1729-2002. While the program SAP 2000 is used to analyze the structure of the calculation of internal forces that occur in the structure of the building. The primary structure of the building consists of beams and columns. For the secondary component consists of the floor plate and the plate ladder. Primary and secondary structural components using reinforced concrete structures. While on the roof structure using steel frame structure rigid frame. The results of preliminary design calculations for concrete structures are as follows beam 30 cm x 50 cm the joists 20 cm x 30 cm ringbalk 15 cm x 20 cm column 1 45 cm x 45 cm column 2 30 cm x 30 cm the floor plate is 12 cm and the stairs plate 12 cm. As for the calculation of the steel structure is as follows framework of the force WF 200.150.6.9 gording Channal 125.65.6.8 short columns WF 200.150.6.9 wind ties of 16 mm and mounting gording 16 mm.
