Jalan Walikota Mustajab Surabaya merupakan salah satu pusat kegiatan yang mempunyai tarikan cukup besar. Tarikan perjalanan yang besar akan meningkatkan arus lalu lintas yang besar pula dengan kata lain semakin besar tarikan perjalanan maka semakin besar pula area parkir yang dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis parkir kendaraan mobil di ruas Jalan Walikota Mustajab Surabaya.Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mendapatkan solusi yang dapat ditawarkan untuk menanggulangi kejenuhan di ruas Jalan Walikota Mustajab Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dalam studi ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari pengamatan langsung di lapangan meliputi data jumlah kendaraan parkir durasi parker dan volume lalu lintas sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari peta ruas Jalan Walikota Mustajab Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis studi ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ruas jalan Walikotan Mustajab telah mengalami kejenuhan dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan sebesar 1.31. alternatif yang diambil untuk menanggulangi hal ini adalah dengan membuat off street parking dan mengubah tipe jalan Walikota Mustajab menjadi satu arah. Volume kendaraan dari jalan Walikota Mustajab akan dialihkan ke Jalan Ketabang Kali dan Jimerto dengan metode Smock. Setelah mendapatkan pengalihan volume dari jalan Walikota Mustajab derajat kejenuhan di jalan Ketabang Kali adalah sebesar 0.573 dan di jalan Jimerto sebesar 0.281


The Walikota Mustajab street at Surabaya is one of central activities which is interesting to run business in Surabaya. This area is very busy which makes the traffic so crowded. In otther words the more people doing activities there more parking area will needed. So it needs analysis to be done for parking area in this street segment. The purpose of this study is to get the solution that can be offered to overcome the overfullness in Walikota Mustajab street segment. The method that used to collecting data on this studi are primary data and secondary data. The primary data taken from direct observation on the area consist of total of vehicle parking duration and traffic volume whereas the secondary data taken from the map of Walikota Mustajab street. Based on the analysis as the result that the degree of saturation has experienced overfullnesswith value among 1.31. the alternatives that taken to overcome this problem is to make a parking lot near the street and to change the streets type into one way. Walikota Mustajabs volume of vehicle will be diverted to Ketabang Kali and Jimerto streetwith Smock method. After getting the transfer volume of Walikota Mustajab street degree of saturation in the saturation in the Ketabang Kali street amounted to 0.573 and in Jimerto stree is amounted to 0.281.
