Air adalah salah satu faktor penentu dalam produksi pertanian. Investasi air irigasi menjadi sangat penting dalam rangka penyediaan air untuk pertanian. Salah satu daerah yang mengalami masalah pertanian adalah daerah Bondowoso khususnya Daerah Irigasi Wonosroyo karena banyaknya kerusakan saluran - saluran irigasi yang menyebabkan pengairan di daerah irigasi kurang maksimal. Selain itu pembagian air yang kurang merata dan pengaturan pola tanam yang kurang maksimal menjadi faktor utama dari kecilnya peningkatan intensitas tanam. Dari permasalahan yang ada diperlukan adanya Operasional dan Pemeliharaan pada Daerah Irigasi Wonosroyo Bondowoso dengan cara melakukan perubahan pola tanam dengan cara menganalisa debit sehingga kebutuhan air oleh tanaman dapat tercukupi secara maksimal. Selain itu diperlukan juga pemeliharaan dengan cara menormalisasi saluran dan perbaikan pada bangunan penunjang. Sebagai tolak ukur bahwa proyek akhir ini layak dilaksanakan atau tidak perlu diperhitungkan nilai BCR Benefit Cost Ratio proyek akhir ini layak dilaksanakan apabila nilai BCR lebih besar dari satu BCR1. berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan dengan menambah luas tanam menggunakan perhitungan metode FPR Faktor Polowijo relatif didapatkan nilai BCR rencana sebesar 105. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa usulan produksi tanam yang telah direncanakan lebih menguntungkan dari produksi tanam eksisting dan proyek akhir layak untuk dilaksanakan


ABSTRACT

Water is one of the determining factors in agricultural production. Investment irrigation water becomes very important in order to provide water for agriculture. One of the areas that having agricultural problems is D. I Wonosroyo Bondowoso because of the damage channel which led to imperfection of irrigation. The uneven distribution of water and setting cropping patterns which not optimal become the main factor of the small increase in cropping intensity. From the existing problems is necessary to take operation and maintenance D. I Wonosroyo Bondowoso by changing the cropping pattern analyzing and comparing the existing discharge with planning discharge so that the need of water can be fulfilled. Other tasks include the maintenance are normalizing the channel and supporting improvements in buildings. As a benchmark that the final project is feasible or not we need to know tha value of BCR Benefit Cost Ratio. This final project is feasible if the value is greater than the BCR BCR 1. based on the results of the analysis with increasing acreage using the calculation method of FPR Factor Polowijo relatively the planning value of BCR is 105. thus it can be concluded that the proposed production plant that have been planned is more profitable than the existing plant and the final project is feasible
